Unit 21 is an upper unit that overlooks Lake Hamilton and offers guests stunning views. The glass sliders grant easy access to the outdoors while also allowing plenty of natural light to stream into the airy rental. A king bed and a cozy living space with a comfortable sofa and flatscreen TV give guests plenty of room to rest peacefully and catch up with their favorite shows at the same time. The kitchen is equipped with cooking basics such as a microwave, coffeemaker, and two-burner cooktop and flows into the dining table that seats four.

The outdoor living space is just as impressive as the interior. A private covered patio with a small dining table gives guests the opportunity to sip freshly brewed coffee as they watch the sun rise over the water. A community pavilion with a swim dock, charcoal grills, and a covered boat dock are ready for visitor use at no extra charge!

The Hamilton community thrives on nature. Hot Springs National Park is just a short ride from the area, and those who enjoy more peaceful activities can also visit Garvan Woodland Gardens. Magic Springs Amusement Park and Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort give guests searching for adventure plenty to love.

Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Non-Pet Friendly Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee.

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
