Next to the dining area is the updated kitchen, equipped with cooking basics such ass a two-burner cooktop, a coffeemaker, and a microwave. Finally, the living area features a comfortable sofa and flatscreen TV for quiet nights in.

This rental is even more impressive outside. With access to a private covered patio and stunning lakeside views, leaving the unit might be difficult to do! Guests also have direct access to Lake Hamilton as well as a community pavilion with charcoal grills, a swim deck, and fishing opportunities. Visitors should not be deceived by the small package – this rental packs quite the feature-filled punch.

The Hamilton community is a peaceful one with easy access to the Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, the downtown area, Hot Springs National Park, and Garvan Woodland Gardens. An amusement park is nearby, too, for guests that prefer a bit of excitement to their daily excursions.

Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Non-Pet Friendly Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee.

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
