Located steps from Hot Springs and the Omni Homestead Resort, Josephine Cottage is a recently renovated historic farmhouse built in 1898. The home boasts 3 bedrooms and 4 baths, as well as plenty of room to spread out, making it ideal for families or groups.
The open concept main floor features high ceilings and plenty of windows that allow natural light to flow into the home.
Guests will delight in preparing meals in the well-equipped gourmet kitchen, with its stainless-steel appliances—including a 36” induction cooktop and a double wall oven. There is also a woodburning stove, ideal for chilly winter nights. Meals can be enjoyed at the eight-seat table in the spacious dining room located just off the kitchen.
The cozy living room features two comfortable couches and a flatscreen Smart TV, perfect for movie nights! Josephine Cottage is equipped with high speed Fiber internet, so there should be no worries for streaming! There is a half-bath off the living room, and a second wood-burning stove can be found in the foyer.
Guests will relish in stunning views of the valley—as well as downtown Hot Springs—from the vantage point of the oversized deck, which can be accessed off the kitchen. The deck comes replete with two outdoor sofas, a large dining table that seats 8, a gas grill, and an outdoor Roku equipped flatscreen TV. There is a firepit located toward the front of the home, as well as a charming covered front porch.
At the end of a busy day in the “great outdoors”, guests can get some much-needed rest in one of three nicely appointed bedrooms on the second floor. There are two suites, each with their own king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with dual vanity. The third bedroom has two twin beds and en-suite bath.
Please be advised that this home does not have access to the facilities at the Old Dairy.
