We had a bit of an issue getting the access code, but the owner was very responsive and got us in right away. The location is perfect if you're visiting for the horse races. Very quiet neighborhood and plenty of room. Would stay again.

Convenient to everything
Property was clean. Communication with host was outstanding. Fenced in backyard great for letting the dogs out without any concerns. There was a shortage of towels and the dryer was not working. But the host was willing to pick them up, wash them and bring them back but we didn’t need that service. We made the existing towels work.

Had to contact owner she did not contact us. When we arrived we had to call her about check-in and get code to enter home. There were a few dead bugs in dining room and dishes in dish washer(didn't know if clean or not). Found a prescription bottle under chair and had to purchase toliet paper ourselves. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

Property was as advertised; however, there were no bathroom soaps or dark wash clothes (makeup removal) provided. There was dog poop on the patio. Clothes dryer didn't work.

Hot Springs vacation
The house was great. Although it was fairly dirty, there was dog hair on the floors and on the couch. The tables had cup rings and smudges, the mirrors had smudges like toothpaste and such. The coffee maker was missing its lid so to make coffee we had to stand next to it with a spoon to let it drip. Our first night there it was very hot upstairs the unit was set on 80 so we turned it down. It never moved. So we messaged the owner and they were quick to respond but there wasn’t really anything done about it. Other than these small things, it was a beautiful house just needs to work out some kinks.

Girls Weekend
My sisters, nieces, and I spent a weekend in this beautiful house for a girls trip. The location is great. Close to everything you would want to do in Hot Springs. You will have to drive but not more than a few miles. The house actually has more room than it appears from the outside. Very nicely decorated and pleasant atmosphere. We didn’t realize from looking at the pictures (our own fault!) that there were 2 small flights of stairs up to the bedrooms and we had a handicapped guest with us but she was able to make it up taking her time. Just something to consider if anyone in your group has mobility issues. The kitchen is adorable with a nice sized refrigerator. There aren’t a lot of cooking tools available but we ate out so that wasn’t an issue for us. The backyard is adorable and we wish we had come at a time when we could have used the fire pit! Maybe next trip! We would definitely stay here again.

A Labor Day Weekend with A’s
We really had a great stay here and it’s a great secluded location, especially with the Labor Day weekend fireworks by the lake. The property is newly renovated and furnished well. We also enjoyed roasting hot dogs & marshmallows over the fire pit in the backyard. The property manager was very helpful and responsive to our messages.

Clean newly renovated home that looked just as expected from the photos. Easy communication with property manager and easy check in. Fabulous location to everything you will want to do in Hot Springs. Only suggestions would be to have a few more towels and kitchen supplies along with having the air flow in the guest bed and bath checked. It was noticeably warmer in that bedroom. When we arrived the first day the thermometer stayed at 77 for 6 hours until it finally went down. It did cool when we went to bed though. Great stay that fit our needs for this quick trip. Thanks!!

Great location and property
The property is in the best location; close to everything. Communication and check in process was excellent. The owner was very responsive and even reached out to us the day prior and right after check in to ensure everything was good. I would just recommend having more bath towels, dish rags/towels and kitchen supplies for cooking and storage. It was a great place for the price and would recommend staying here
