Make yourself at home! Guests have full access to the entire house, pool, hot tub, swimming pier and boat slip.

Other Things To Note:

☀ Pool is open from the beginning of March thru the end of October and is not heated. Hot tub is open year round.

☀ We use a fantastic house cleaning service that provides clean bedding, towels/wash cloths, and a starter kit for each new guest that includes 1 use of the following items to get you started for your trip: Dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent.


☀ Lake Hamilton is lowered by Entergy beginning November 1st through the end of February.

I (Roxanne) personally own/manage this property and are happy to assist you with anything that you need during your stay. Annual Golf Trip
This was a great house for our annual golf trip. Only 30min drive over to Hot Springs Village for all the golf you need. Great setup and plenty of sleeping room for 12 guys. Highly recommend this house. We will be back.

New Property in great shape. We loved being on the lake with the boat dock and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. This house is better than the pictures. The views are fantastic and the location is near downtown. I would love to come back again.

Annual Family Trip
This was the perfect home to accommodate our family of 18 on our annual trip to Hot Springs for the horse races. The main level had ample space for playing games, cooking, dining and entertaining. A bonus was the beautiful outdoor area for swimming, golfing, grilling and sitting by the fire pit. We really enjoyed having our own space for sleeping with a private bathroom for each couple. This was the BEST location close to the track and shopping. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!

We stayed for a weekend Thanksgiving get-together with 24 adult family members and it was great! House has a lot of room - main floor and large kitchen was amazing, Lots of bedrooms with their own bathrooms! Highly recommend.

Priceless family time
We were all in town from all over the nation to celebrate our mother graduating law school. We haven’t all been together in years, due to deployment, school schedules, and just life. This was a perfect location for us!! There were enough amenities that we were free to just visit and play and all the good things. Every family had their own room and bathroom. It was perfect! Our group of 15+ very much enjoyed our stay. Check-In was simple, communication was excellent and the house was very well stocked. The property itself has an amazing view of the lake, a great pool area and comfortable living areas. You can tell a lot of thought was put into the design of the house. Everything in abundance!
The house had everything, plenty of rooms, seating, double ovens, double refrigerators, double DISHWASHERS! Every room was immaculate and designed for comfort and fun, with great lake views and so many amenities. Perfect Family Vacation
