Escape to our luxurious 4-bedroom lake house, "The Hangout", surrounded by serene nature. With upscale finishes, a stunning outdoor space, and amenities such as a fire pit, hot tub, shuffleboard, and casino table, this is the ultimate destination for relaxation and entertainment. The spacious living areas, fully stocked kitchen, and smart TVs add a touch of luxury to your stay. Immerse yourself in tranquility, enjoy the beauty of the shaded lot, and create unforgettable memories in this upscale lake house.

***Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of both lakes will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th.

***We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash, and taken to the curb the night before trash day to avoid a $100 fine.***

Perfect girl friends getaway
4 large rooms with very comfortable beds. The sofa in the large game/family room is very comfortable. Double car garage makes safety a plus. Kitchen has EVERYTHING you will need. But the very best feature is the large covered deck overlooking a cove. Highly recommend!!!

We really enjoyed the stay at The Hangout! Owner was very accommodating and answered all of our questions quickly. It was the perfect stay for our family. The back deck is amazing and the entire home is really great. The location is wonderful as well, very close many restaurants.

Fantastic getaway
Great place to stay for a week or weekend in Hot Springs any time of year. In a wonderful cove on the water and a very convenient Walmart right around the corner. We thoroughly enjoyed the covered porch & all the amenities -- hot tub, poker table, fire pit, and shuffleboard. Extremely spacious and all the beds are very comfortable. For a boys' trip of 5 of horse racing and golf -- this was a great spot. Highly recommend.

A group of 8 women stayed at this lovely home. There was plenty of room, beds, and bathrooms. Lots of space for playing cards and gathering. Deck was super as was the TV room Lots to do on property: shuffle board, poker table, fire pit and hot tub. Everything was in tip top condition and the finishes & decorating was tasteful; up-to-date.First class accomodation.

Had a great getaway. The back porch is perfect for sipping coffee in the am and wine in the afternoon. Very comfortable beds and lots of relaxing spaces throughout the house. Manager was quick to respond to inquiries. Would rent again.

Girls Trip 2023
Gorgeous home! Very close to all of the main attractions and restaurants. Very responsive to my questions/needs. Very comfortable beds and beautiful outdoor area. Wish we would have had a couple of extra skillets to cook with but definitely not a significant problem since we mostly ate out while visiting. 10/10 would recommend and 100% look forward to coming back!!!

Wonderful stay, beautiful house and location, great host
My family and I stayed for the weekend at the Hangout at Mimosa Point. We were in Hot Springs for my daughter's softball tournament. The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The host had thought of so much in terms of comfort and convenience. My two kids loved the house, including the lake location hot tub, poker table, and shuffleboard table. The decking upstairs and downstairs was beautiful and made it easy to spend time out of doors. Although it was raining, my kids had a great time "fishing" in the lake in the backyard. We loved the coffee machine and coffee, and all the clean, thoughtful details such as wonderful linens and towels. During and after our stay, the host went out of his way to help up, and he was incredibly responsive and kind. Our kids already want to go back to stay at this house. Thank you for a fantastic weekend!

Family Vacation Summer 2023
Our First visit to Hot Springs. The Hangout was perfect for us.Our group consisted of myself and my husband, my son, his wife and an 18 month old and 2 more 20 + yr old kids Plenty of room & beds for everyone. Most beds very comfortable. One bed upstairs was too soft for me but there were other options (variety of soft and more firm). All beds were quality. Hot Tub: loved! We brought our own kayaks and paddle boards. Using them along the coast and in the cove were nice. The upstairs porch was a great hangout for us with the baby, we could keep him on the deck without concern for him falling off or getting injured while we visited. Nice Grill Baby gate available for our use, able to place it at the top of the stairs while visiting and relaxing upstairs. The living room was large and provided great space for our grandson to play. Kitchen: good variety of cookware/some storage containers. My two sisters & families came for couple of dinners, there was plenty of space. Bring own spices & condiments Parking: Great!! compared to others. Two spots in the garage and a long sloped driveway, we were able to back our truck and trailer down, with room for another car. Driveway, easily fit 6 cars w/o trailer. Hot Springs Marina: pontoon rental Great service! Management Co: Quick Response w/ resolution. Well stocked: towels, TP, paper towels, trash bags, soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent, propane provided Check out Canary Nest by Digs very cute- sister stayed there.
