The open floor plan is thoughtfully arranged to combine the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen into a welcoming communal space, ideal for both relaxation and entertaining.

The living area is a cozy haven, featuring elegant hardwood floors, plush seating including a leather sofa, and a cream-colored armchair with an ottoman. French doors with built-in blinds fill the room with natural light and open onto a private outdoor space, perfect for enjoying the serene lake views. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The lake access closes from Nov 1st through March 10th.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
