Great place to stay. Good location! I would give it 20 stars for cleanliness if I could. Not sure if the there was broom anywhere, we couldn’t find one to clean up before we left, but otherwise would recommend this place to everyone.

Wonderful place and really enjoyed it. Especially liked the kitchen.
We spent two nights there and hung out on the property some when we weren’t out. Kids loved the neighbor kids. Nice place and close to everything. Would recommend as the house itself is really nice.

Everything was as expected (good)!
Three of us (males) chose this house after reading reviews and doing a cost-benefit analysis as we wanted a place which was functional (close to Oaklawn as we were in Hot Springs mainly to go to the horse races) and at a reasonable price and we were not disappointed. The house was very clean and had three bedrooms and had many things provided (e.g. a good TV, a good microwave, good coffee makers).

The house itself was probably from the fifties, with some updates & additions added on. If you want to be close to the casino, it was down the road. It's a small town so nothing is really far from this house.Although it was clean, except for the outside grill which was disgusting, the furniture really needs to be updated. The living room set needs replacing as they were lumpy. Painting the dining room set could easily bring it into this decade, but it wasn't uncomfortable.The bedroom without the TV (🤬) is way too soft. Plan on sinking into the middle. The kitchen was cute.

I would have given 5 stars, but it’s a little noisy. The property itself is nice. Plenty of room. The listing makes it look as though it’s not in a neighborhood. It is. It’s in a very busy neighborhood and if you sleep in the front bedroom be prepared to listen to cars all night long and car lights shining in the window. Very annoying and makes it hard to sleep. Like I said, the property itself is nice and close proximity to everything, I’m just trying to leave an honest review.
