Hello and welcome to the High School Loft apartments! This beautiful 3 bed 1 bath apartment is located on the top floor of the historic Hot Springs Highschool. Originally built in 1914 and converted into apartments in 2004 this corner apartment features incredible views of downtown Hot Springs, 14 ft ceilings and a 8ft x8ft skylight! Relax in safety and security with key fob access to the entire building and 24/7 surveillance on the interior hallways and exterior of the building. We are walking distance to everything downtown and a 4 minute drive from Oaklawn. So come stay with us and our little family with on site staff to help with anything you may need. Fully ADA accessible and kid and pet friendly

A wonderful family getaway
This is such a unique and wonderful experience. We loved the building and our room. Staying in a highschool was really neat and the kids thought it was awesome as well! There are places to walk your dog and they provide waste bags if you forget your own. All the residents we ran into were kind and helpful. I love visiting hot springs as I was proposed to there and being able to bring all my family down to vacation was a perfect way to wrap up our summer. The host was responsive and immediately made sure we had everything we needed. I would gladly book again!

Overall, the property was great. The AC unit was a little awkward as it was really loud whenever it came on, but apartment was nice. Felt safe and comfortable the entire time there.
