Come enjoy this luxury 1 Bedroom right on Lake Hamilton! Everything is new, including the IN ROOM LAUNDRY making it convenient to stay longer and take advantage of discounted weekly rates. You won't be disappointed!

The ground floor, corner location means easy access (on the quieter end of the property). Relax with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the balcony and take in the beautiful lake views over the manicured lawn.

All new furniture including the KING SIZE (luxury) bed, queen sofa bed, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, linens, bedding, laminate wood flooring (no carpet!), and custom full-size tub/shower.

We have free private WIFI available for our guests.

Willow Beach Condominiums boast a central location, right in town, yet separated from the noise. Just around the corner is the Hot Springs Mall and The Behind The Mall Cinema. There are more restaurants than one can count within a couple of miles, as well as grocery stores and other shopping. Boat and water toy rentals are just down the street, as well. Less than 10 minutes to Oaklawn Park for horse racing and other gaming. Less than 20 minutes to Magic Springs & Crystal Falls Water Park.

Need more room? We also own units A8, A12, & D10 at Willow Beach.

If you desire, we can make our covered boat slip available to you for an additional charge.

Relaxing Retreat!

Perfect Get Away Place!
We absolutely love the location of this condo. It is close to the things we like to do. We play putt putt at Pirates Cove and eat at Fisherman's Wharf every time we come to Hot Springs. We love breakfast at the English Muffin. All in close proximity to this condo. The condo is super nice, easy access and nice view of Lake Hamilton. The swimming pool was a plus for our grandson. Very well kept and the hosts supplies it with everything that you need. We would definately stay here again!

Danny and Steph were great hosts! Tended to all questions and needs extremely promptly! The property was as described and in a great location being on the lake with a peaceful atmosphere yet super close to everything. Lots of open parking as well. Fair price! We’d stay here again.

Peaceful lake condo, but still in the heart of town!
When looking at the pictures, I thought there was no way this condo is as close to town as the description said. It absolutely was! Literally the best of both worlds. It’s peaceful and quiet, with a beautiful lake view to wake up to each morning, yet when you’re ready to shop or dine out, you’re less than 5 minutes away from everything! Cleanliness is huge on my list, and this condo was immaculate. We will definitely be back!

18th wedding anniversary. Decided to stay at a condo due to covid. Condo is conceniently located, nice decor and has everthing needed for a pleasant stay. We highly recommend and plan on staying again soon.

Good host, good location
This is a nice place for a couple (pretty small so can't imagine another 2 people sharing the space, plus had to leave bedroom door open at night or it got too hot). Good location on the lake,15-20 min drive to bathhouse row. Host responded at lightning speed to all questions. Nicely decorated. Small pool with a view. Enjoyed playing cards on patio with view of lake. Like other reviewers said, the bed is a tight fit, but it was worth it to have a king size bed! Unfortunately we could hear upstairs neighbors walking, etc. on our last night. If you plan to cook, bring all food and seasonings you'll need. There was coffee (no sugar or sweetener), salt, pepper, oil, garlic powder, and that's it! One suggestion for owner is to replace the uncomfortable sofa.

Quiet Water front Getaway Close to Town
Loved this property! It was very clean and had a great view of the water. Even though it was right off one of the main roads in Hot Springs, you would never know because the location was so quiet. Small and well kept condo complex. Everyone was friendly. So peaceful hanging out at the pool and watching the boats drive by. Highly recommend this place!

Great views on the 1st level.
The condo is at a perfect spot. Would of loved to see the sun set but the patio faces south. The property is well maintained and neighbors were quiet during our stay. The unit had everything we needed , kitchen gear was on point since we do cook even on vacation. If you love a cool environment, the a/c does it's job 71 degrees was perfect for us. The king bed was comfy but just watch out for the bedframe corners, room was a bit small for the design. We slept great since it was blacked out. Overall this place is very accommodating , not far from downtown Hot Springs and eateries! The owners are awesome, quick to respond,which is a bonus!

We would definitely book here again
The owners were very quick to reply and answer any questions I had before arriving. They knew I was going to be arriving with a 1 year old, so they left a couple of sweet gifts for her on the counter. The condo was very clean, and it had everything you would need for your stay. The wall of windows allowed for an amazing view of the lake. Our daughter loved being out on the balcony watching the birds and geese. The bed was spacious and very comfortable. The other neighbors in the surrounding condos were very friendly. It’s a great location that’s close enough to town while tucked away in a quiet and peaceful area.
