This urban 4 Br/3Ba home has many elegant updated features with a huge outdoor space, including a double-layered wrap around deck, with a screened-in porch area as well as a hot tub and gas grill. There is a basketball half-court, playground and fire pit in the backyard. New heat/air system with controls on all levels of the house for maximum comfort. New carpet in the bedrooms.
4 large bedrooms include:
The master bedroom with a queen pillow-top bed has a separate dressing area and the master bath has a new walk-in shower with bench seat.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and one twin bed
Bedroom #3 has queen bed with memory foam mattress. and a pack-n-play with other items great for a baby (bouncy seat, walker, toys and blankets)
Bedroom #4 is isolated downstairs, could be considered a 2nd master bedroom with a queen pillow-top bed with a bathroom with shower next door.

Air mattress available upon request for more than 8 guest.

Bay windows in the breakfast area offers a majestic view of Hot Springs Mountains. Also, has a formal dining room. Very private area within the city, located on a dead-end street. Shopping is within walking distance of only one block. Oaklawn track is about a mile away. This huge home is perfect for a large family retreat or a romantic getaway.

Awesome Thanksgiving stay!

We had a great stay for Thanksgiving here! They had everything we needed! We had kids aged 6-18, dog, and adults and it was super nice since there was something for all ages. The hot tub and fire pit were a HUGE highlight! We went into town for an evening to watch a movie and walk around downtown and I loved how close we were to everything. Everyone said they would stay here again!!

Perfect Family Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this property! The home is not only spacious and family-friendly but also packed with thoughtful amenities that made our trip unforgettable. The hot tub was a standout feature, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the area. There was also a great children's areas outside, as well as a firepit. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s centrally located near great shopping and dining options, making it easy to grab a meal or shop for necessities. Being just 5 minutes from downtown and the casino was a huge bonus—we could enjoy the excitement of the city without having to deal with long drives.The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm, welcoming vibe. Hot Springs rental

They really need a hand rail going down the stairs to the living room. My 86 year old mother missed the step and fell. Not hurt just shook up.

Great Rental Property

Good location and lots of room for the family. Really great for pets because there is a fenced backyard. The three bathrooms are really nice with a large family.

Bed bugs

The house initially seemed pretty good. It was reasonably clean and had a large deck and yard that was good for hanging out. However, we found multiple bed bugs in the queen bed in the upstairs bedroom on the right. We immediately left and had to rent a hotel. The owner issued a refund for our stay, but the infestation needs to be professionally treated before allowing additional renters.

Senior trip 2024

It was a great place not far from the attractions we planned. The house was very large and allowed planty of room for all guests to be able to be comfortable. The backyard patio was very nice place to relax abd enjoy the scenary. The playground is a plus for kids as well as the fenced in yard for pets. Donna was always available to answer any questions we had. Great stay! Awesome for large groups.

Perfect Family Getaway

I have a large family and it isn't always easy to find a rental thats big enough. This property was perfect and all of the teenagers felt like they had their own space.
