Butler on the Lake 3 Bedroom House

A beautiful 3 bedroom lakefront house on Lake Hamilton that sleeps up to 8 people. Constructed in 2020. The house has 2 full bathrooms, an incredible kitchen, abundant outdoor space with gas fireplace, and full access to Lake Hamilton with a private dock. The cove is quiet and safe for swimming, fishing and ideal for relaxing on an air mattress. The house is perfectly located close to dining, shopping, Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort and historic Hot Springs National Park.
The master suite is spacious with a beautiful shower and a large walk in closet. The master windows give a great morning view of Lake Hamilton.

The guest bath has 2 separate vanities so that guests can get ready for the day. The shower has a convenient pocket door for added privacy. Both baths have hair dryers. There is a queen blowup air mattress for additional quest.

Open concept kitchen, living and dining area. TVs are installed in the living area, master bedroom and 1 guest room. There is no basic cable so be sure to bring your user name and passwords for all of your favorite apps. Most popular apps are pre-loaded so that you can stream all of your favorite movies and sports events.

Kitchen has all brand new appliances with a large refrigerator that dispenses water and ice. The cook top and oven are both gas for the chef in the family. Toaster, blender and coffee maker are available for your stay. New dishes, glasses, pots and pans and most utensils that you may need.

The outdoor porch area is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view of the lake. We have a Napoleon gas grill with side burner for outdoor cooking. There is also a large granite counter with sink for food preparation. There is a beverage cooler installed so you can chill all of your drinks during your stay.

There is plenty of parking with a turnaround pad in the driveway and also parking spots for your boat or extra cars. The nearest boat launch is at the State Fish Hatchery. It is 8 miles by road and 3 miles by water.

Beautiful home, prime location, perfect hosts

The home was immaculately clean and fully furnished with everything we needed. Really loved the ample cleaning supplies and equipment as we brought our two fur babies and needed to keep the extra fur picked up! Greg and Deanna are the perfect hosts, and went out of their way to make sure our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend this property and owners.

Great family getaway

Wonderful stay at a beautiful property. This was our first time visiting Hot Springs, Arkansas and this home was the perfect place for our family and dogs. We barely left the home because we had so much fun relaxing on the lake and fishing from the dock. Sad we couldn’t stay longer to soak up more sun and relaxation.

July Trip to Lake Hamilton and Hot Springs

Great place to either relax at the house and enjoy the water, or to run into town and experience all that the area has to offer. We felt fortunate to have found such a nice place and for the hosts to have it available for us to enjoy. We all agreed it exceeded expectations, and we would love to return soon.

Fabulous home on Lake Hamilton

Great home on the lake close to Hot Springs. Lots to do. Tons of hiking and National State Parks nearby. Owners were amazing with communicating.

Very nicely prepared property

Very quiet and clean. Easy access to Hot Springs attractions (via short drive). All the basic necessities for our stay were provided with some very nice extras. Highly recommend this property as compared to other short term rentals we have experienced.

The perfect family getaway!

Perfect home for a family getaway! The house has a great layout and comes with everything you would need for your stay. The lake is beautiful and our family spent lots of time on the patio taking in the view. Greg was an amazing host and communication was so easy. Highly recommend Butler on the Lake for anyone who wants to enjoy everything Hot Springs and Lake Hamilton have to offer!

Fantastic lakehouse and stay!

We had a fantastic time at Butler on the Lake. Beautiful home, beautiful location. We were comfortably and able to relax and enjoy ourselves! Great stay! Beautiful property on the lake Ina cove with a boat dock. Kayaks & tubes in the garage for use. Newer home so every thing is in great condition. Owners are very attentive and responsive. Will stay again.

Everything was great!

A group of us came to Hot Springs for the eclipse and stayed at Butler on the Lake. The house and porch were beautiful and very comfortable. The layout was perfect for our group of 7. The host was very helpful, even gave us tips on where to go on the lake with our rental boat. We had one minor issue that was resolved immediately. I would highly recommend this property.

Lake Hamilton 2022

Relaxing on the lake

The house is on a quiet cove off the main lake. Relaxing. Be prepared for a steep driveway. It was manageable, but took a little getting used to. The back porch was a great place to sit and have coffee.

The perfect Hot Springs Get-a-way!

- Check in process was as simple as it gets. The house is in a nice neighborhood, and the lake views are picturesque! - Its a short drive into Hot Springs but just far enough to feel secluded on the lake. 10-15 minute drive. - The house had everything we needed for both cooking and comfort. Large living / kitchen area was perfect for hanging out with the family. We also enjoyed the covered back patio with fireplace / grill / and tv. - Greg and Deanna were super friendly and available for any questions we had about our stay. Overall a wonderful trip and we will most certainly be back!

Christmas Getaway

We were looking for a Christmas getaway within a 4 hour drive from Memphis. We found it. Butler on the Lake was great. The house was great, very clean and had everything we needed. It is just off the main lake in a cove that was quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting on the covered back porch watching the lake activities, with TV and fireplace. The craftsman style house was very nice with an open floor plan and a wall of windows to the lake. We will most definitely be back.

Excellent Home

As mentioned in the description this home is a new build. So everything is spotless and feels like a show home. The appliances and furniture are all higher end and the photos were spot on. The highlight for us was the lake cove that the house was located on, and the wonderful covered patio. We spent most of our hours at the home on the patio enjoying the lovely views, wildlife and the peace & quiet. Perfect spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The one note I would add is that the drive is steep, it was manageable for us and you can use the garage to drive into, but could be tricky if you had multiple vehicles and folks who were not very mobile. The owners were very friendly with great communication. We have no hesitation in recommending this home and very likely we will be back to enjoy the area more.
