Black Hills Condo-Clean Air and Blue Skies!

A Historic Sandstone Building is the location for this 800 sq. ft. Townhouse. A private entrance will lead you up a 14' ascent on new oak stairs. First, you will enter into the spacious living room, complete with sofa, love-seat, overstuffed chair and 32' flat-screen TV. The grand, arched windows along the front give light and space to this area and provide glimpses of both Battle Mt above and the street and people below.

On the other end of the open design living area is the modern Maple and Stainless Steel kitchen. Fully stocked with cookware and unique stoneware, this set-up will make you feel like a real entertainer. Gorgeous slate tile is under foot and surrounds the one-of-a-kind tile and steel island. 4 Stools pull up to give you a very unique place to have a drink, breakfast or converse with the bartender/cook.

Also in this area is the dining/game table. Seating 4, it provides a place for sit-down dinners, game night, or planning your next excursion.

The 2 bedrooms are not next to each other for extra privacy. Extra pillows add to your comfort.

The front bathroom is our 'Spa Room'. It haa toilet, sink and shower. Rounded features and a cascade of ocean colors encourage you to feel fresh and energized.

Our 2nd bathroom is our 'Old-World Retreat'. Loaded with tile and glass, this room invites you to relax and stay awhile. The contoured tub is great for soaking and the glass shower doors say 'elegance'. The tub also has a shower in it.

The back entrance leads out to a deck that has a table, umbrella, 4 chairs and a gas grill. The deck is extremely peaceful in the morning and evening, a bit hot in the heat of day. Views of buildings are surprisingly mixed with views of trees and the 7 Sister Range. The gated courtyard below is a handy spot to lock up your motorcycles, bikes or accessories.

The entire townhouse is a 'great escape'. Atmosphere is relaxed, modern, pampered, but not too pricey. The art and decor have been carefully acquired and placed to give the guest a balancing effect of contrasting textures and emotions.

The location is 1 block from a fine walking/bicycling path that follows the Fall River through town. Groceries, dining and various shops are within easy walking distance. The townhouse is a short drive from the Mammoth Site and only a few blocks away from the VA.

I love the Golf course in Hot Spring this is the 2nd property we have stayed in. Love the old charm.. this is a very clean and nice place. would stay again.

This was our first experience at a Vrbo. Super hosts and very accommodating! Our condo had everything we needed while away from home. The location was close to shops and restaurants in town. Wendee was super helpful during our stay! Thanks for everything! We will be back!

This apartment was in a great location to get to all the activities we wanted to do. Plenty of space to spend out. Just a reminder that there are lots of stairs so if that’s an issue then this is not the place for you.

Great space
This apartment was fantastic, it is located in a small quiet town away from all of the the rush. Clean and quiet with great hosts that were very informative. Highly recommend this for a small family or couples. One week is not enough to enjoy everything that this area has to offer and this apartment would be the perfect place to stay as long as you needed!!!

The Best!
We loved our stay at this spacious apartment in the middle of Hot Springs! So convenient to things to do in the Black Hills; the monuments, Needles Highway, Wind Cave National Park and even visiting Fort Robinson and Toadstool Park in the edge of Nebraska. We enjoyed our visits to Moccasin Springs Spa and Buffalo Dreamer Restaurant is top notch. Would love to stay here again. Thank you Wendee!

Spacious condo with great amenities
Thankfully the Hot Springs condo was just as advertised. We used the kitchen every day after a week of traveling, used the washer & dryer to do laundry after numerous hikes, relaxed in the spacious living room, and could walk to several new restaurants and ice cream shops. This is the place to stay in Hot Springs, especially during Covid.

Exquisitely Beautiful Townhouse
The house had been painstakingly renovated, appointed with glorious oak woodwork and floors. Amenities were more than adequate. Wendee was a wealth of information. Fantastic find!!

Beautiful Condo
I was here with 2 other family members and we all agreed that this condo was great! It was very clean, the decor was beautifully done and the living room windows are gorgeous! The kitchen was very up to date, the beds were comfortable and the location was great! It was so close to the Fall River, which runs right thru Hot Springs. We walked along the river daily. We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo! Also, Wendee responded to any questions immediately. All good!

Mount Rushmore & Crazy Horse Adventure
Condo was as advertised, we had no problem with stairs, but could see people with knee issues would. We used rear entrance with easier stairs due to street construction. Lynn’s Dakotamart was very well stocked for groceries, Being from south Louisiana we cooked all of our meals at the condo. Wendee, the owner was very easy to contact & very attentive to our needs. Very Nice Property And Owners!!
We rented this townhouse in Hot Springs, SD during our recent visit to the Black Hills and Wind Cave National Park. We couldn't have been more pleased. The property was exactly as indicated on the VRBO website. It has been very nicely renovated and very comfortable. The owner(s) were very pleasant to work with. And although we had no issues while staying here, after meeting Wendee P, there is no doubt in our minds, that any problems that might arise would be taken care of right away. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting this area. And we would definitely book a stay here in the future as well. John and Deb, Iowa

Very comfortable, accessible and clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you might need.
The townhouse was centrally located and tastefully decorated. The views from the beautiful arched windows are glorious. Secured parking. This Home away from Home has everything you might need or want. The location is close to anything you might want to see as a tourist, without the hustle of a City. I can't say enough about Wendee, the owner. The hospitality was excellent. There is a gym, Bodies in Motion less than 100 feet away. Kim the owner was very kind. $5 a day. We will be returning soon. Great spot!
This was a great property - historical building, great views, and centrally located in town. The apartment was better than the photos, and VERY spacious. The only thing that could *maybe* be improved (and it’s more my preference) would be a mattress topper for added softness to the mattresses. Again, just my preference more than anything. Other than that, this was one of our best VRBO stays in years.

Nice comfortable stay in Hot Springs
Check-in was easy and the host provided detailed helpful instructions ahead of time. Location is convenient to the main parts of town, much is within easy walking distance. Enjoyed the open living space and full kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable. The stairs from the street are rather steep.

Perfect central location in Black Hills

Comfortable Landing Place
The condo was OUTSTANDING. Wendee was a great host and helped us with a few suggestions for local dining. While we out most of each day on hikes and drives we always appreciated coming back to a relaxing place to have a drink in the evening.

Relaxing and fun stay
Wendee and Reece have done a great job making this property feel like a home away from home. They were very helpful with details about local things to do including an awesome location to do a little rock hunting at a remote agate bed. We had an awesome trip and would not have been as good without their assistance and their beautiful property. If ever in the area again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Labor Day Weekend In Comfort
Aside from the stairway access, this property looks and feels just as comfortable as the photo suggests. The craftsmanship and materials are top-notch in fit and finish. The oak is quite genuine and heavy. the amenities were fully adequate and of high quality (except for the worn-out frying pan) and my wife and I were so very happy to be encamped in an environment so very superior to the local hotels, for not much more money. All smiles here !

Hidden gem in Hot Springs
This condo was spacious enough for our family to really relax during our downtime. The oversized windows provide a great view of the historical buildings across the street. Only an hour from Rapid City and the Grand Canyon. Very close to Wind Cave National Park, where you can see some amazing wildlife. Highly recommend!

Quiet town, close to everything.
The property is situated in the middle of everything. My wife and I went to everything we could and the furthest we drove was 2.5 hours away to Devils Tower. You’re an hour from Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse monuments. Everything was clean when we arrived, we had excellent communication with the property owner. There are restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance from you.
