"I would have given a higher rating but we had to leave the breakfast table after waiting nearly half a hour for out hot food and on check out there was no real apology for this. The place is very lovely but staff were not overly friendly. Would probably from a senior person in charge. "

"Property was very well appointed and more beautiful than the pictures show. The winery next-door, the wine maker, and his wines were superb. A wonderful escape to Bordeaux."

The home is a comfortable, charming French chateau with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It's situated amongst vineyards and sunflower seeds creating a beautiful setting. "We were welcomed by Myriam & Jean-Christophe. Everything was explain to us despite the language barrier. The property is equipped to a high standard. As the owners live in the attached property the pool is cleaned every day, you don’t have to do anything regarding it at all. Myriam gave us lots of information regarding places to see, and recommend a local restaurant which was very good value we went twice. This is an exceptional property that I would highly recommend."

"From the moment we arrived we were made to feels so very welcome; what lively people. Great evening snack with a wonderful bottle of red and the company of their Golden Retriever. Beautiful room, breakfast lovey, a real shame we had to move on to Span BUT we will defo rent be back and I have no hesitation in recommending (infact I already have). m&V"
