"We were late due to traffic and office was closed after 18.00 Appartment was open, but we had no key, so we needed to leave it open when we went away. Also there was just one packet bedsheets for 2 persons. Took alot time to arrange a second. Next day I was called that they closed our appartment and we could pay for 'borg' at the concierge to get key. Why couldn't we do that the first night already?
