"The host, Sam, is very prompt in responding and cares that your experience is a good one. This house is in a great area, it is nice and well appointed. Love all the bedrooms and the view from the master? Chefs kiss! A 5 star review would come from me if everything was brand new. The carpet is worn but thats my only negative. I have been looking for a house in Boise that I want to stay in whenever I go and I think I found it with this one! "

"We celebrated an early Christmas and the house was so warm and cozy and decorated for the holidays, it was perfect for our extended family of grandparents, kiddo and grand kiddos. Everything was exceptional, clean, and well appointed ~everything we needed and more! Very nice. Hosts were so helpful with everything and were available on the spot!! "We stayed there with my mom, sister and sun-laws for my daughter’s graduating from BSU. The house was perfect and a great size for all of us. The house had everything we needed and was comfortable. It is about a 20 min drive (traffic) to downtown which we didn’t mind. "

"We loved our stay at the Linder House. We were in the area for basketball games and the team stayed at this house making our trip seamless. The house was equipped with everything we needed from comfortable beds to cooking supplies and plenty of room. The ping pong table and hot tubs were an added bonus for our players.Randy was amazing to work with, we got into town earlier than expected and he helped us with our time frame. "This was a cute, small place for 2 (if you’re a couple) and possibly more if you open the hide a bed in living room. You must close it back up as it takes up entire living room. This was fine with me as we were only staying 2 nights. The accommodations were fine, kitchen well stocked and you are close to restaurants and shopping. Will hopefully be staying there again!"

"All the great reviews are accurate. The property is excellent and the communication with Amanda is the best I have ever experienced. The other guests loved the house and especially enjoyed the backyard and pool. They kept telling me how perfect the house was. Could not have gone better."
