Other Things to Note:
To ensure a serene and delightful experience for all guests, we have implemented the following policies at our property:
Tranquil Environment: We strictly enforce quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am to promote a peaceful atmosphere. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10 pm, and we kindly request that outdoor noise be kept to a minimum during these hours.
No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises, including both indoor and outdoor areas. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment.
Pet-Friendly Accommodation: With prior written permission, we allow a maximum of two pets per stay, subject to a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. Unfortunately, we do not permit cats on the property. Unauthorized pets will result in a penalty of $1,000.
Age Restriction: Bookings are restricted to guests aged 25 and above. Valid identification may be required upon check-in.
Exterior Security Cameras:
For the safety and security of all guests, exterior security cameras are installed around the property. It is important to note that these cameras do not face inside the house or monitor interior spaces.
