"The house overall was nice, spacious and plenty of room for our family, especially when everyone can have their own room. Based on the neighborhood of this property parking is extremely limited to non existent. Listing stated air conditioning and Hot Tub/Spa, however the AC unit is an individual unit for one room only. So during our stay which was over 90 degrees, the house was very warm. No hot tub to be found nor was anything mentioned about the hot tub in the instructions/house manual. ...

My family and I live long distance apart, we gathered in Cheyenne for Christmas at the Hobbs House. My 3 grandsons are all under 3 years old, Larry and Carolyn made sure the house was decorated both inside and out. My grandsons loved it. "Great location for the Turf Wars soccer tournament held at UW. We utilized the kitchen for full meals. Lots of relaxing seating for in between games. It is January so we didn’t go outside but there appear to be other amenities for outdoor enjoyment. Plenty of sleeping for our large group. Hosts were very responsive for pur questions. "
