In the heart of Hörnum, this holiday home is newly renovated in autumn / winter 15/16. A bakery, a supermarket and other shops are within walking distance. In just 5 minutes you can walk to the east, west and south beach. In 10 minutes the harbor and the golf course Budersand. Lovingly and detail joyfully this house was transformed to feel good. The ground floor is the living room with separate dining area. A fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a separate bathroom with window, a double bedroom, and a guest bathroom complete the ground floor. From the kitchen leads into the large garden with terrace, equipped with beach chairs and garden furniture for relaxing and sunbathing. Upstairs there are two more spacious double bedrooms with double bed (180x200cm). In addition, a modern bathroom with window, shower, sink and toilet. The guest has two parking spaces on the property available.
