"The hotel has an excellent location right next to the main square in the city. We were greeted by Roberto at receptionwho was wonderful. As well as making our check-in smooth and effort-less he was a great source of information about the city. We often start our trips to a new city with a walking tour. Roberto talked us through all the important sights and gave us tips for restaurants and coffee shops. He was super."

"Very kind lady named Coral greeted me having arrived extremely late in the evening (24 hour staffing much appreciated!). The room was just fine with an excellent shower and the breakfast just right with friendly staff. Location perfect for the city and close to the station and bus terminal. "

"Everything there is excellent, the only problem is the guy from the breakfast buffet, it looks like he hates his job and have a horrible attitude as well as the young lady in the front desk morning shift. Other than that the place is awesome "
