"Hotel was very good, restaurant was very good. We booked a sauna room, which was very nice, but were disappointed that there was no spa availability. Perhaps the hotel should pre-offer spa services to guests booking in the hotel, it would have been nice as we were looking forward to that opportunity. The location of the hotel is interesting, being in an industrial area, so nothing to see or do outside the spa. The sauna and hot tub were fantastic! "

"Really like this hotel. The hotel itself is very confortable, extremely good value but the best thing is the restaurant. The food is outstanding plus whether you sit in or out the ambiance is nice. "We arrived in Olomouc by train. Took no X4 streetcar to the hotel. The hotel is very rustic and enhanced the experience of the historical downtown which is only a couple minutes walk. We checked in in the coffee shop next door.The young woman who took care of us was excellent and spoke very good English. The only thing I would caution light sleepers is the noise of the streetcars below but personally, it did not bother us. "
