"Website unhelpful in relating spa services. Reception even worse. There was no doctor because we arrived on a Friday, and didn’t book it in advance. We were only staying the weekend. Women at reception all seemed perturbed that we were there. Not sure if they simply don’t like Americans or whether they are just burned out. "The hotel and facilities are great. It’s a very calm area and perfect for a few days of relaxation. The only “negative” aspect is that we were charged 30€ per night for our dog and did not even get a dog bed or a water bowl for him inside the room. That was quite disappointing. "

"The Hotel Centrum was a wonderful stay right in the heart of Nitra. The hotel staff were exceptional! We felt welcomed and very comfortable. Location is ideal. Breakfast was very good, tasty and plentiful variety. Room was clean and bed comfortable."

"When I checked-in my room wasn’t ready. Once I received the key to my room, I unlocked it and someone else was just talking on the phone in my room! On top of this, the air conditioning was a joke and I truly worried that I may pass out from the heat of the room. They only gave me one pillow and winter blanket. I wouldn’t stay here again. "
