"We stayed for a week in Maria’s condo for a visit with family in Cabo Rojo, and it was absolutely wonderful. The bedrooms were beautifully cool in the evenings when we slept. We were able to make breakfast in the quaint kitchen and enjoy coffee on a tranquil balcony in a hammock which I did every single morning and highly recommend! Shower had great water pressure and I absolutely loved that I could get some laundry done after spending a couple days on the beach! I loved that we could walk down...

"So the good! Great location, close to everything, super easy check in and parking. Spacious. Cold AC. Some beach chairs. The bad. Bathrooms, specifically the showers were very dirty. The dryer is broken (doesn’t tumble) so all of our clothes smell like mildew. The kitchen sink is about to come off of the wall. Some beach towels would be a nice touch. Overall positive but this unit definitely needs some TLC and there is a bit of false advertising calling it “beach front”. It’s beach access....

"We had a great time in Rincon and enjoyed the penthouse! Location was a quick drive to downtown with amazing ocean views and 2 patios to enjoy! It was hot out, but the A/C worked great, the furniture and beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay there again."
