"The positives are the property and space. Check-in and communication from owner was excellent. The place was clean and accommodations adequate. It was actually perfect for our needs. The negatives are no stove and oven and the sink had no pressure and hard to turn on and off. Being below the owners, we did hear the owners dog from time to time and their TV late into the evening. The positives far outweigh the negatives. I awarded it 5 Stars."

"Location is great. Sitting next to the water and the views- remarkable. It met our needs for the get-away. Overall we had a wonderful time. Extra details and ease in communication were much appreciated. Suggest that owner updates microwave, hotplate, bed frame and linens. Refrigerator is extremely loud."
