Bitte nicht buchen, man hat nur ärger
Aufenthalt hat am Ende nicht stattgefunden. Achtung, die Wohnung verfügt nur über 1 Schlafzimmer, die Beschreibung hier und die Filter sind falsch. Das zweite Doppelbett existiert nicht, es gibt nur eine Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Absolut ungeeignet für mehr als 3 Personen oder Junggesellenabschiede. Die Kommunikation war ok, bis exakt zu dem Moment in dem gebucht wurde. Anschließend absolute Funkstille, kein Support, keine Antworten. Weder von Belvilla, hier wurden Nachrichten die vorher innerhalb von Minuten beantwortet wurden, ab Buchuungszeitraum komplett ignoriert. Noch vom Vermieter vor Ort (geht nicht ans Telefon, antwortet nicht auf Mails). Die erste Mail von Familie Kammerlander kam einen Tag vor Anreise, mit der Nachricht dass die Unterkunft NICHT so sei, wie beschrieben. Die Anfrage Wochen vorher ob es mit 2 Familien mit je einem Kleinkind geht wurde von Belvilla bejaht. Der Telefonkontakt zu FEWO direkt war super, mir wurde versichert, dass aufgrund der falschen Beschreibung eine kostenfreie Stornierung möglich sei. Kontakt zu Belvilla: bis heute nicht beantwortete Nachrichten. Per Mail dann der Vorschlag 30€ Entschädigung. Lachhaft, schlecht, erspart euch den Stress!!!!
