Wonderful home from home, stunning views and very well equipped. Cycling and walking from the door step but beware of the hillside location. Lovely hosts on hand if you need anything. Would definitely recommend for a ‘get away from it all’ break. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

A lovely quiet comfy cottage with everything you will need.
A lovely quiet comfy cottage with everything you will need. And the important things in the fridge on arrival...beer, wine and milk. The best thing is the view from the lounge windows. And we loved the visits from the cat. Shops and very good takeaways close by in Hathersage and Hope. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

The cottage had everything we needed.
The cottage had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and was situated in a beautiful and peaceful location. Just right for us. We found some great walking in the area and also visited Bakewell, Buxton and Chatsworth house and gardens. Although the weather was a bit showery on occasion, we had a lovely break and it didn't stop us doing anything we wanted.

We can’t rate this place higher.
We can’t rate this place higher. We enjoyed it thoroughly. The location is central to many places we visited, the price was right, and on the few days with bad weather, was perfect even just for staying in. When you wake up and look outside, you are greeted with a spectacular scene of Derbyshire dales with horses grazing in the foreground. The cottage has everything you need to be self-sufficient, and is so nice, you feel bad driving off and missing it when you spend the day sightseeing.
