This living area has underfloor heating and there is a utility room with a washing machine. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor, which has its own en-suite. Upstairs are two further fantastic bedrooms, both with super kingsize zip and link beds, and a family bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate bath. Any beds can be made into twins upon your request.
Outside the property has ample parking and garden space, and a perfectly placed hot tub, large enough for you all to enjoy at the same time. It is in a very private spot with stunning views over Bamford Edge and Win Hill. There is also a river running through the site giving the opportunity for some cold water wild swimming! This is a holiday cottage not to be missed!
The helpful owners are on hand should you need anything, and provide luxury towels, complimentary toiletries, a welcome pack and even a Christmas tree for holidays throughout December. As the properties are located on a working farm you will be close to farm animals and may see the farmer roaming the grounds throughout the day. There are electric car charging points just 5 minutes away in The Anglers Rest pub car park, and just 10 minutes away in the Hope village car park.
The location of this property offers seclusion with many fantastic countryside walks from the doorstep and a National Cycle Route nearby, so you wouldn’t really need to take the car. Alternatively, a short drive into Castleton to visit the caves or venture into the nearby towns of Bakewell and Buxton. Absorb the life of a working farm in the Peak District by visiting the cows, watching the lambs play and the chickens from the dining room window. This property really is the perfect base to explore the Hope Valley region of the Peak District, and close by is a garden centre with a café, pottery and bike hire. Two pubs within 1 mile. The owners live on-site and are there to welcome you when you arrive and are on hand if you need anything.

Please bring spare towels for the hot tub and footwear to get to and from the hot tub; the owners test the hot tub routinely on a daily basis to ensure safe use for guests.Please only use the hot tub for 1 hour increments at a time, due to the noise this must also not be used after the time of 10pm.Please note this property is in the middle of a working farm so you will be close to farm animals and the farmer may also roam the grounds throughout the day to perform various daily tasks. There ar no large supermarkets for around a twenty minute drive but most of the main supermarkets deliver to Riverside dairy if an online shop is something you would like to do there are four shops within a five / ten minute drive two shops in hathersage 1 shops in bradwell and hoot a 24 hour garage a five minute drive away.
