"My family and I enjoyed our stay. My wife and I and 3 children. 2 adult daughters 22yrs and 19yrs and one 10 year old son. The house was very nice super clean located in a nice gated neighborhood. We used the kitchen and had everything we needed. The rooms had good amount of space and beds were comfortable. My son enjoyed the games while there. My daughter enjoyed the privacy as she did a little studying. We enjoyed being together and being able to retreat to separate rooms for privacy....

There were four adult men in this group for a work project, and we were all pleased with comfort, location, and pricing of the home.And to make things even better, Molly was very accessible via the VRBO app. I highly recommend this home for your next visit to Fayetteville...!"

"We rented the home to come and pay last respects to my sister in law. The memorial was wonderful and the home provided more space than was described on the website. The rooms were great size and equipped with linen and towels. I love the kitchen and family room layout which allowed us to cook and talk to family at the same time. This was a great find in a nice neighborhood. I will definitely look to rent again when we are in the area. "

"Excellent property to host large gatherings. We had sometimes 9 to 10 , everyone had plenty of room to have their own space and privacy also. Cleanliness was top notch. Neighborhood was clean, quiet, and the pride the took in their homes was evident..... A little cool to utilize the pool, however we did enjoy the nice sized table in yard. "We rented that house for my family from Georgia to spend time with my 87 year old Dad, who lives in the Haymount area of Fayetteville. We brought him over to spend the day and the house was perfect. There is a Living Room/Keeping Room off the Kitchen and a separate TV room for kids. Worked perfect for us to sit and talk with my Dad, yet have the kids nearby. Awesome back yard area. We need to come back when we can use the pool!"

"There was a small issue with the AC that was identified the day before we arrived. The host communicated the issue and the plan for fixing the problem and gave us options to cancel if we desired. We were not able to find any other accommodations last minute. However, the AC was fixed on our second day and did not cause any interruptions to our stay. The host was great about communicating and providing updates. We also got mixed up on the check out time, I thought it was noon, cleaner showed up...
