"The concierge was amazing. They staff out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and extremely accommodating. Even after i thought or need were met, they still continued to try to be helpful. They literally made us feel like we wanted to stay longer but we had to get to our next destination. "
