Also, would NOT recommend going to Airlie Beach during what they call the wet season...Jan-Mar. It rained every day...our flights were cancelled; the entire airport was closed cuz the roads in were flooded...apparently a regular event there. "

"Lovely apartment with a great view BUT right over top of a very popular, noisy bar. Unless you’re hard of hearing or want to join in the party below, be prepared for lots of loud talking between happy hour and closing time. The pool is right in front of the bar, so no privacy during that time."

"Oasis 11 is on the Marina side and you can walk to the Marina to all the eateries. The apartment is spacious and has a lovely view but does need updating as the decor is tired and some of the cupboards/chairs were loose or broken. It comes with a buggy which is handy and kids U12 eat free at some restaurants. Overall, it felt more like a home and was comfortable. Another relaxing and enjoyable stay at Hamilton Island."

"The property had some flaws. Cons Hard to access property due to steep incline. No lighting in bed room except for lamps No fan control in bedroom.
