"Great location near Rotterdam Central station. Check in was efficient, given a detailed help list for our stay. Room was clean & tidy and provided many facilities except a microwave. Advised that no cleaning would be done, however extra towels, waste bin bags are available if asked for. The room was extremely quiet even though there was demolition of an office block next door to Premier Suites. Gym area was acceptable. Wi-fi good. "

"Brilliant apartment for a city break holiday. We stayed in the 4 bed two level studio apartment. It was located up 4 flights of steep windy Dutch stairs but you swiftly got the hang of how to navigate them. It was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. There was only the bathroom mirror which sometimes made getting ready a challenge. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. "

Would have gotten 5 stars if based on the location alone, BUT I went for the suite option because we were planning on spending half a day inside to watch movies / tv shows. The website said that you are able to use the smart TV with a hdmi, but the TVs are locked so you can’t change the source & guest services confirmed it wasn’t possible to use the hdmi on any of their tv’s. "We really enjoyed our stay in Amsterdam. The apartment was located very conveniently for museums and galleries, as well as the proximity to the tram and restaurants. The neighbourhood is also a lovely place to wander about and felt safe during the evening (though, you take your life in your hands crossing the cycle lane). The owners are clearly still working on the property as there was a lot of banging and hammering at 7am which may not be ideal if you've had a late night or like to sleep in....

"Stay here often for work. Really nice rooms, with small kitchenette's which is nice when staying for longer periods. Rooms are always spotless, and well thought out. Everything feels bespoke and individual from artwork to furniture. Really nice communal space to work from and get coffee. Staff are not always on site as everything is done with codes, but they are always contactable and help in anyway they can.
