"Clean property. Nice and cozy huts. Location was brilliant. Hour fro. Asmterdam. Only thing is they dontbhave mirrors in the proprty ither than toilet. But being grumpy old man i dont mind but ladies will definitely need that. I will definitely fo this property again"

"The accommodation was basic for the price we paid. hotels.com did not make it clear prior to our arrival that we would need to pay extra for bedding and towels, we had to pay additional for these at check in which was expensive. "

Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. The attitude and lack of help and welcome from staff was the worst I’ve ever experienced. No attempt to understand or put things right. The propertiy was amazing just like the pictures. "Friendly and helpful staff. Located in a quiet and charming area. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Various public transport options also nearby. Room was clean, stylish and sufficient with excellent views (that we were free to choose during check-in). Would definitely like to stay here again."

"Very quiet, clean and modern room (if a little small) and ensuite. Room cleaned and towels changed every day. Very comfy bed and pillows. Free 24-hour tea and coffee. Very friendly staff. Tram stop opposite front door. Only negative was USB sockets by bed didn't work but plenty of plug sockets. "

"This is the second time I've stayed at this property, and i enjoyed the stay just as much as the first stay. The staff were all so friendly, and nothing was too much trouble for them. I visited Rotterdam for the ASOT weekend festival. The hotel is less than a ten minute walk from Centraal Station, and within mins of great bars and shops. I'll be visiting again in 2026, and will definitely be booking a stay at the Bilderberg Park. "
