"The drive way was surprisingly challenging to get out of because of the limited view of north bound traffic. Thankfully 101 was not busy. Be ready for steps and a workout to unload your belongings. There are 2 good sized spots to park and the stairs are not steep. The house has windows across the front that made the stay a blessing. "We finally had a "destination Thanksgiving" and this property definitely delivered the peaceful and serene setting we were hoping for. Instead of a "Black Friday" shopping rush, we decided to walk along the river and follow the staircase trail. The sound of rushing water, falls, and rapids sure beat the sounds of a typical Black Friday in the shopping centers. We certainly enjoyed the house, views, and location.
