On crisp days, a lovely lawn offers alfresco dining next to a heat lamp and a wood-burning firepit.

A stylish interior offers amazing sound views from the living and dining area. Unwind into vacation mode and watch a movie on the smart TV. Or prepare delicious home-cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of upscale stainless steel appliances.

A beautiful & restful haven
My husband and I enjoyed our stay here so much. The little town is adorable and has some really great restaurants, the scenery and nearby hiking is incredible, and the house itself is lovely. Everything was very clean and the view of the lake from the back porch is just stunning. We already want to come back!

Hiking Weekend
Great location for hiking in the Olympics. View of the Hood Canal is very nice. The house has some quirks and things I’d fix and improve, but can’t beat the location.

Relax next to the water
For me and my family this place was perfect. We had a relaxing time waking up with an amazing view of the water. I loved being able to go out during the day and enjoy the area then come back to a comfortable, clean, relaxing home. I am ready for another visit.

Beautiful hideaway
This such a nice little hideaway. Perfect for a cozy weekend near Staircase and Hoodsport. I love the laid back decor and the outside deck/patio areas. Plenty of beds and a well equipped kitchen. Was perfect for a hiking base.

Great location for a small group
We stayed with our 3 and 5 year old and the location was great! Close to downtown Hoodsport and Lake Cushman but also our favorite Oyster-collecting beach at Dosewallips State Park is just a 20 minute drive away. The home had everything we needed to cook and relax!

Place was very clean and comfortable. TV and internet were fast, amazing view, easy parking, access to beach was great. Bedding was comfortable and sufficient number of towels and kitchen utensils. Bring coffee, but house has machine and filters.

Incredible views!
The price is super reasonable for the location and the views you get. The home itself is basic, but nice. The deck offers amazing views of Hood Canal. Watching the sunrise was breathtaking. The proximity to Highway 101 was a bit disappointing due to the road noise. Overall, I would definitely come again.

The best!!
It's the best that we have experienced of all our vacation stay! Spacious, super clean, nice interior, very inviting, warm heating, well furnished, very comfortable beddings, well equipped kitchen & complimentary herbs & spices, lots of indoor games, more than enough toiletries and towels. We had booked for 4 night stay. After 24 hour enjoyment at the place, we had to deal with a medical emergency. Much to our disappointment, we had to leave on our 2nd day, forgoing the remaining 3 nights. Our only regrets. If management could offer any complimentary stay for us at a future date, it would be wonderful. One suggestion for improvement is more lighting in the living room and bedrooms. Sum up, 100% recommendation for others to stay at this place!!

Nice place, accurate description
Stayed 3 nights with my sibling. House was nice and clean, and had a nice deck with a view. The tv was a little tough to figure out and I would’ve like to have had a toaster and garden hose (to rinse off some salty gear). All in all, it was a good place and I’d stay again.

Rejuvenating and quiet
Beautiful, quiet location with a fabulous view. The house was well-appointed with comfortable furniture inside and outside. The king sized bed was so comfy and the couch with blankets to curl up in while it was rainy and cold outside were just perfect. My pup loved laying on the deck and listening to the water below. We walked around the small neighborhood area and went down to the waterfront where there was limited access to the water if you are OK with a slight incline and some rocks. Overall, a lovely getaway location for a family or a few friends.

Loved this place The views were incredible and better than the photos
The handle on the outside of the sliding glass door was missing where anybody with a screwdriver can instantly get in. I texted the property manager, and they never got back to me still to this day have not got back to me other than that everything was great.
