NEW Home W/ GYM, SAUNA & GAME Room near Olympic National Park.

Come adventure into Lake Cushman, where hiking trails begin less than a mile from this property. After a fun-filled day exploring, enjoy this cool, luxury loft that offers a peek-a-boo view of the Olympic Mountains and Lake Cushman Golf Course.

The Second floor living space features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, touch screen refrigerator that displays water/ice, stocked kitchen cookware, utensils, and an intimate dining table for 4 (ideal for meals or game nights). Off the kitchen is a luxurious sitting room with balcony and adjacent to a large sleep-over room that includes a sectional sofa, Large Smart Tv and 4 memory foam twin-size beds. Continue down the hallway for a spa like bathroom and a bedroom containing a queen-size canopy bed frame

The floor level of this loft includes 1 washroom with equipped washer and dryer as well as an open-concept game room and a fully-equipped onsite gym and sauna.

Backyard fun includes a fenced backyard, fireplace with seating for 5, trampoline, hammock and gas grill. ( outdoor grill and hammock are put away during winter season . Available April-October).

NOTE: Please comply with burn ban especially during the summer months. There will be no fireworks. We do not want to catch the Olympic National Forest on fire.

Guests pass will grant you access to all of the private Lake Cushman parks which include docks, swimming areas, and children's playground.
NOTE: Replacement fee will be charged if the guest pass is not returned.

The clubhouse, basketball, tennis, volleyball, and golf amenities including a 9-hole course and driving range are all located within our division.

The neighborhood has strict quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. No large gathering or parties. 6 guest max.

Please note that the entrances of the property are under external surveillance for operational-safety measures.


Children: We have a highchair, pak n play, changing mat, safety features throughout the house including a gate at the top of the stairs. children's toys/books, plastic Silverware, bib, and rocking chair.

Loft in the mountains
We had such a fabulous time we got to spend time with all of our grandchildren who range in various ages, swimming snorkeling, kayaking, and then just got to come and relax and visit , and watch some shows. It was great.

Loft in the Mountains
We enjoyed this property to explore lake Cushman and the southeastern tip of Olympic national park. We were here for 3 nights, one day did the staircase loop trail in Olympic and one day rented Kayaks from the local store and they brought them down to the lake for us. That was amazing! House was cozy, stocked with most things you need and having laundry was nice. Definitely the cleanest of my recent rental experiences. Stayed with 4 adults and 2 kids .. only downside was 2 adults sleeping in sleepover room with kiddos. :)

Great stay in Hoodsport.
It was a great space close to hikes and the water. It was very quiet in the neighborhood. The house is stocked with everything you need to cook and grill. I would definitely recommend this location.

Even better in person!!
We had the best stay at the Loft in the mountains!!! The house was exactly as advertised, even better in person. The neighborhood was quiet, we used the private lake pass to watch the sunset and had the entire park to ourselves. The home was centrally located for the hikes we planned and some of my favorites were in our "backyard," the Staircase entrance to the park. We didn't want to leave and would recommend to anyone with a small family. Thank you Francis for the wonderful vacation home and the coffee!!!

Perfect little getaway!
Although my husband and I were the only ones who stayed, we did have family visit us. My in laws came to visit with my niece and nephews including a toddler. We got rained in from our original plans of going to the lake, but everyone had so much fun using the air hockey table, the big tv room, and the secret winner was the refrigerator! My nephew loved creating art and we kept him busy drawing on the screen, and the big kitchen table was perfect for putting together a Lego set with my niece. All though the house you could see how much love and care the owners put into the home. 10/10 and we’re hoping to go back in the fall.

Great place in the mountains!
We had an awesome stay at this location. It was the perfect jumping off point to explore Olympic National park and some of the best trails are right around the corner. Everything was exactly as described and more. The sauna was the perfect way to treat our sore muscles after we enjoyed some of the best hikes ever.

Wonderful Family Spot
We had a wonderful time at the loft in the mountains! The kids, aged 6 and 8 had a blast with the game room and trampoline. We all enjoyed the family movie room with the cute cubby beds. But my favorite part was access to the private beaches on Lake Cushman that come with the rental. Lots of beautiful touches throughout the house.

Awesome stay!
The house is clean, as pictured, and has super fun areas for kids! My kids and I actually had a sleepover in the big room with the trundle beds - so fun! The air hockey and foosball tables got some use! A short drive to Olympic NP, and an even shorter drive to a crystal-clear lake with swim access and a swim platform! A great way to spend a few nights. The owner is very responsive and they have thought of every detail; loved the printed guidebook to the house and the surrounding areas!

Lovely loft close to nature

Beautiful, clean property!
Our stay was a weekend get-away for my adult daughters and me. The house was the perfect place for us! We all enjoyed the layout, the wonderful kitchen space, the fire pit, and made great use do the exercise equipment and the sauna. Lake Cushman and Hoodsport are both easy drives from the house, so we had lots to do outside the house, as well. The host was so friendly and responsive!! Definitely recommend!!!

The house has great entertainment and is close to beautiful landscapes and hikes. The sauna stopped working and Francis provided troubleshooting and authorized us to use an extension cord; which solved the problem. The gym is very well equipped. Nicely decorated and cozy. Kids loved the air hockey and fussbol.

Our family had the best stay at " The loft in the mountains"
My family stayed here for 2 days and it was a perfect small family vacation! The lake access was so cool we visited all 3 they suggested. The game room/ gym/ sauna was so perfect after the day on the lake. The kitchen has all utinsels you need. I even forgot some food that we needed and got a quick Fred Meyer delivery delivered to the house. It felt like home! We loved the family room. Also the bathroom upstairs is so cool! When I had any questions the owner message back right away and she is so sweet. I highly recommend staying here. You won't regret it ☺️
