Pretty mid not gonna lie, lots of minor negatives. Tv is ass, dont expect to watch tv. Clothes line in shower is very dirty. Stains all over the ground . Elevators take forevor. No menu online for breakfast and wasnt tol there was a breakfast. Also dinner and breakfast was very mid, youre better off going to mcdonalds. You have to pay for parking . 35 a day. Kinda wild. Theres a parking garage across the street thats 3 dollars cheaper if youre into that . Consierre in the beginning of our trip talked to us for about 45 minutes offering some booty deals . Wouldve rather get a visa card with cash on it . Also we only get that deals if i take 2 hours out of my vacation to listen to someone yap about a timeshare. Crazy . We were only allowed to check in at 4 pm and check out was 10 am . Very insane . Idk ive been to hotels for way cheaper in more exotic places with more accomodations . Pretty mid. Views were cool from the balcony. There was a cool worker who said he was a surfer. Slick black hair. White dude young. Very chill guy . Appreciated him a lot. Also!!! They offer you expired bottled water in a box and dont explain how theres water station propertys around the hotel. Very insane...

I liked the location and the beaches. What i didn’t like was the noise, it was way over the top. The loud exhaust systems and music at all hours of the night / morning. I also toured a suite last year when the Hilton tried to sell be on a time share. The room I got was nothing like what they showed me on the tour which was disappointing.

The room was not fully cleaned, looks like mildew was forming in the shower. The carpets were stained and the bottom of your socks will get very dirty. The keys never worked once for parking. We got the reset and they still did not work. They stopped working for the room randomly and then they would work again. The staff was very friendly though and very helpful. This being a hilton I was expecting more. The adult pool was a major let down it was so shallow and the bar was closed the whole time. The only bar open was downstairs. Pool staff was friendly. Food was okay, not with the price. Would not stay again. Mahalo!

One of the elevators was making a terrible noise and you could hear it in all the rooms everytime it goes up and down. That part was disappointing .
