THINGS TO KNOW PRIOR TO BOOKING:
-This unit is located in a hotel but is privately owned. This means room service & linen service are NOT available for this unit.
-Towels, linens, & clothes will need to be washed by the guests during their stay utilizing the onsite
coin/ credit card operated washers and dryers.
-This unit does NOT come with a parking. Based on availability, parking can be purchased at a nightly rate (currently $28 per night, subject to change) through the building of which the unit is located.
- The property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.
- No Smoking: If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction.
-This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.00 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00.
Description of Property:
Located in the heart of it all, this privately owned condo is part of the Palms at Waikiki offering a shared pool, small fitness center, and views of all Hawaii has to offer.
This unit has a queen-sized bed with a balcony view of the surrounding area. There is also a sleeper sofa with a queen-sized bed as well. A small desk and chair offer workspace for those needing to work during their stay and there is a table and two chairs for dining near the sliding glass door to enjoy the views. On the private balcony, guests will find breathtaking views and seating for two. The kitchenette has a mini-fridge, microwave, and kettle. This unit also has a hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
This property is within walking distance of the largest shopping center in Honolulu, The Ala Moana Center which offers 340 merchants to shop and eat from. There is an IHOP right next to the lobby of the building for a quick and easy breakfast. Duke Kahanamoku Beach is just a short ten-minute walk away with white sand and gorgeous views and so much more just a short distance away!
