You can't beat the location! So close to Waikiki beaches and shops. The room was as described and it was a bonus to have parking included.

Very comfy beds, gorgeous view of ocean and mountains, close to Diamond head(short Uber ride). A little noisy due to traffic, sirens and roosters!

Property Delivered Just What Expected and a Little More
Stayed for 3 weeks. The location was great, close to the beach, can see the beach & sunset from the deck. The unit felt safe and clean, the owner communicated well whenever a question, they had beach towel, boogie boards, beach chairs too. Also having a garage parking spot was a big plus.

A Great Time!
Our stay in this property was great! There are a few things that need fixing which I will communicate to the owner privately, but other than that, the location was fabulous to the beach and heart of the shopping and dining district. The views from the balcony are spectacular! It was a perfect spot for us to stay and explore Honolulu and Oahu!

Great studio apartment in great location
The apartment was perfect for our needs. Compact, yet spacious. The two-way bathroom provided privacy and ready access. The view from the balcony was fabulous. An easy one block walk to the beach. Thoroughly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our quick stay here! We are a family of 4 adults and felt like we had plenty of room. Loved the ocean view, the apartment was clean, had everything we needed, and the free parking was a bonus! Communication with property management was always quick, friendly, and helpful! Jessica, the manager, was awesome!! So nice and extremely helpful!!! Would definitely rent here again!

Property was close to beach and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I didn’t realize how busy Waikiki would be so we spent much of our time driving up to the North Shore and other places on the island which was fine because I don’t mind driving. Building and parking was easy to navigate. Would stay again if I ever find myself back on Oahu.

Location was good. Property had 4 plates to eat off of. No bowls with lids to store food in frig salt and pepper shakers didnt even have anything in them! No extra pillows or blankets. Elevators at location did not work hal the time. Whole family had to walk 22 flights of stairs one night to get to out place as again elevators were down.

Clean and convenient condo
We always stay at the Waikiki Banyan due to its proximity to the beach and parking availability. This condo is the nicest we’ve stayed in, as it was clean, updated, and the beds were comfortable. The only issue with staying in this building are the elevators. This visit was worse than others, as one elevator was down for three days and the building was more crowded than usual due to the holidays.

This condo has a great location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The building is quite dated, but the condo is relatively updated. There are a few quirks to it. The main bed isn’t great and slopes to the middle. There also isn’t a dishwasher. More towels would be nice since there isn’t a washer and dryer in the unit. We did enjoy the view of the ocean from the balcony! And free parking is a plus!

Great Location in Waikiki
Excellent unit. Well equipped. Nice view of both the ocean and the mountains. Practical layout. Will definitely put this place near the top of my options list when returning to Waikiki. If I have to find one downside I would say the queen bed mattress is starting to sink a bit in the middle. Still managed to sleep well, but others may see it as a bigger issue than us. May be worth considering a new mattress so picky reviewers have absolutely zero reasons to give anything under 5 stars.
