Historic Hillside Home 4 beds/4 baths

Sited above Downtown Honolulu, where you'll find the Arts District, China Town and the restaurants of Kakaako. This historic and private 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom house, plus attached 1/1 studio has privacy and space for everyone indoors, and an 800 sq. ft. lanai for outdoor entertaining where you can enjoy the 180 degree views spanning from the mountains, to city view, to the ocean. Spacious open-plan design with two living rooms, a new custom kitchen, four updated bathrooms, and split bedroom plan. You will love the high ceilings and historic architecture from the 1930's, with a modern floor plan. Near the Pali Highway for an easy drive to Kailua and Lanikai beaches. Short drive to Waikiki
and the West side. There are steps from the parking area to the house. Happy to host long term guests, and have a 10 day minimum. Aloha!

I do NOT want a refund or any compensation. Temperature was stiffing in afternoon since the A/C only covers about 25% of the home. Huge roaches in showers and beds. Washer so moldy it made your clothes stink. Hillside in the description is no joke. You are thinking 30 steps up a mountain dude! I asked all my party to rate house anonymously and the average score was 2.4! The pics of patio looked nothing like we found. Dirty, dead flowers, mold on cushions and the back yard was worse. If you are elderly, have disabilities or just don’t like climbing then stay away. Hawaii was wonderful but not this place. looks nothing like the picks and

Fantastic location with amazing views
Visited Oahu for a family reunion. Communication with the owners was terrific, check-in a breeze, and my whole family loved the house and the amazing views from the enormous deck and yard. Hope to stay there again the next time we go back. I'd highly recommend booking it, you won't be disappointed.

Great views for a work trip
My recent trip to work had me looking for a place to stay near the location for work training. I found this spot! It has a great view with a host that was great to work with. This house has plenty of space to spread out. This location is very pretty sitting on the side of a hill overlooking the beach and Ocean from the front porch. I would recommend this spot for a family or anyone that wants a local spot to relax!

Avril was very great at communicating both before arrival and any questions I had during our stay. The views were phenomenal and great to see helicopters and airplanes for our little guy. Had a great time and even my hard-to-please Father-in-Law said it was the perfect place!

La communication avec Avril avant et pendant le sejour a été parfait, elle est réactive et ma donnée des informations très précise (très utile pour l'arrivée au logement). La maison, correspond exactement aux photos et a la description sur le site. Les lits sont vraiment très confortables. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut et même plus au niveau des équipements. La vue est superbe. Nous avons passer un exellent sejour dans la maison, nous étions 7 et les lieux sont vraiment adaptés pour un sejour en familles nombreuse. Je ne peux que la recommander sans aucune hésitation.
