Direct Ocean View Luxury 2 beds/2 baths - Waikiki NO RESORT FEES! FREE WIFI

Beautiful unit overlooking the ocean and lagoon that you can enjoy from either of the two large lanais.

This unit features new furniture (April 2019) including an Eastern King bed in the master bedroom, one queen bed and one twin bed in the second bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. All dining room furniture and living room furniture is also new.

The unit comes with a full kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, rice cooker and a breakfast bar.

There is a modern split AC system in both the living room and the master bedroom.

Both bathrooms have nice walk in showers for easy access.

AC, cable TV, free wifi internet and free calls to USA and Canada also included.

Laundry rooms on every floor and this building has great shops/restaurants located in the lobby/top floor.

Parking is not included, please see below for the options for parking:

1. Valet parking is available 24/7 and is $45 per night plus tip with in/out privileges. Please check the rate on arrival. No reservations are needed. Just arrive anytime, and valet staff will be on duty.

2. Behind the Ilikai building there are lots of public parking spaces, some free and some paid. The free spaces close at 10:30 pm so you have to move your car before then. The paid parking spaces go for $1/hr and do not close at a certain time so they can be used for overnight parking. You can pay with cash or card, just go to the parking machine and enter your license plate plus the number of hours, which will print out a ticket to put on your dashboard.

This property has incredible views, is comfortable, and in a great location to walk to the beach, lagoon, restaurants, and shopping. The amenities in the hotel lobby were nice to take advantage of, including hula shows. It was a great place to start our Hawaiian vacation and we definitely recommend!

All that was promised and more
Spacious, well-furnished property. Accurate listing: steps to the beach. Can't see fireworks (Fri night) from balcony but beach view is preferable. I thought the furnishings were great and not "dated" as a prior review said. Bring ground coffee if you don't want to use the coffee shop in the lobby, but pretty well everything else you need is there. Would definitely return!

We stayed for 5 nights. Condo was good sized for family of 3 + couple traveling together. Although, we didn't spend much time in the condo because of so much to do in close proximity. Walked to breakfast at Goofys less than 5min away. Used valet parking service which was expensive but worth it when traveling w a toddler. The building has all the amenities you would want on vacation.

can't beat the location. easy walk to beaches, public transit, and places to eat. Jeannie was also extremely fast responding to issues with the TV which I very much appreciated since my father-in-law likes to wind down from a long day with late night viewing. condo felt big enough for the 6 of us and my kids had a blast!
