This one-bedroom end unit has a spectacular view of the sunrise, the ocean, canal, mountain, a golf course, and Diamond Head. The ocean breeze and quiet split AC in both living and bedroom keep you comfortable all year round. This building is located in the hub of Waikiki within walking distance to shopping, grocery stores, bus stops, restaurants, beach, and bike station. This upgraded one bedroom includes 1 queen bed, 1 queen sofa bed, and 2 twin beds.
Please be advised that provided supplies are intended to last throughout your stay. Food and drinks are not provided. The building offers a laundry room and an on-site convenience store to meet your essential needs. Beach toys and equipment can be rented at “808 Smart Car Rental,” located on the first floor. The ABC store, Target, Ross Dress for Less, and Waikiki Supermarket are all nearby, within a 5–10 minute walking distance.
Elite Parking is an adjacent parking garage to our building, Island Colony. The rate is $45/day (Rates are subject to change). The free street parking might be available along Ala Wai Blvd. Enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze through the Jalousie windows in the bedroom, a common feature in Hawaii. While these windows enhance natural ventilation, they also allow some of the city sounds of Waikiki to reach our 28th-floor apartment. Please note this may be noticeable to guests who are sensitive to noise while sleeping.

Nice condo with good views
We had a great stay in this condo. Communication was excellent and the hosts were super accommodating of our last minute flight change. It was clean, looked just like the pictures and an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. The cafe in the lobby also serves delicious breakfasts. Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us!
