We asked for a late check out, they said it was half price, 199 dollars. Booking a night through any other booking company charged 248 per night according to google. Wouldc have been better to book a new night instead.

The water pressure was weak and we didn't have hot water at anytime during our stay. We tried showering at different times of the day and it didn't make a difference. The mattress was horrible. There was deep indentations in the mattress that when you laid in it you'd sink. We informed housekeeping who said they would have management contact us and no one did.

I expected to clean room thoroughly. Also, their laundry facilities were broken and their parking was so expensive. Rooms were small and outdated. However, I gave 3-4 stars because of their accommodation.

For an older hotel, the condition was excellent and the space was very comfortable. Love the pull out single bed option. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and will book again when I return probably next year!!!

first time to stay in this hotel. The room is a little bit small but it works for us. It has refrig and microwave, which are very convenient. The hotel has a ramp connecting to the mall, super easy to go shopping or grab a bit. The mall has all kinds of the stores. Walking to Waikiki is a breeze. 10 minutes walking to reach to Hiton Lagoon for Friday night firework.

Perfectly situated between Waikiki and Honolulu with a huge outdoor shopping mall adjacent and numerous bars and restaurants in the nearby vicinity. Room was clean and comfortable. There is an outdoor pool that we didn’t use much of because the beach is easy walking distance.
