As soon as you open the door you will be blown away by gorgeous and unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean, Ala Wai Marina and City of Honolulu, Ala Moana Beach and majestic mountains. This elegant residence is located next to the corner unit in the most desirable and expensive stack of the building. Best place to watch July 4th Fireworks at the comfort of your own private balcony! Ilikai is an iconic building located next to Hawaiian Hilton Village and many Waikiki attractions and restaurants.

Ocean view studio has a king size bed with memory foam mattress, two night stands, custom design lighting and ceiling fan. Big closet offers lots of extra drawers and shelves to fit all your belongings.

Enjoy your full kitchen with complete sets of cookware and dishwasher.
Huge lanai (120 sq ft) has a dining table and seats 4 people for a nice family breakfast or a romantic dinner with beautiful unobstructed sunset views while enjoying nice ocean breeze.

New luxury vinyl floor throughout the bedroom and living room with modern and very comfortable sofa sleeper and stylish coffee table creates an ambient and relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful and easy to use queen size sleeper sofa comfortably sleeps two extra people. Split AC throughout the condo will cool you off after you come from the beach.

The bathroom features ceramic tiles throughout the shower walls and floors, recessed lighting and tasteful custom design cabinet and fixtures. This suite also is equipped with a 32 inches flat screen TV, free wireless internet, split ac and ceramic tiles throughout the entire lanai.

The Ilikai is an iconic building and you will fall in love with this hotel as soon as you enter open air lobby that features waterfalls, beautiful trees, fire torches that are lid up every night and many seating areas to enjoy beautiful ocean or sunset. There is an Aroma Coffee Shop, famous Cinnamon's Restaurant, grocery store and many other small shops in the lobby of the Ilikai.
Guests will be able to enjoy two separate pools on the property. Friday night Hula show and Aloha Friday fireworks at Hilton Hawaiian Village just next door.

Guests will be provided with property manager's and assistant's phone numbers in case they need any assistance throughout their stay in Hawaii.

Honolulu is synonymous with the worldwide fame of Waikiki Beach. Known for its white sand beaches, clear water and ideal surfing conditions, Waikiki Beach is a popular destination for locals and holidaymakers alike. The beach is accessed publically in many locations and is comprised of eight sections. Surfing, swimming, sand combing or relaxing in the sun – Waikiki Beach has it all!

Ilikai Building is in a prime location next to Hawaiian Hilton Village and few minutes’ walk to Ala Moana shopping center, Waikiki strip and many restaurant, beaches and attractions. Many of our guests choose not to get a car since everything is located just few steps away and Uber and taxi services are available 24 hours. There is a bus stop as well as Biki (new bike sharing services throughout Honolulu) station just outside of Ilikai Building.
If you decide to make a trip around the Island there are many rental car agencies located in Waikiki and Advantage Car Rental Company is located at the lobby of Ilikai.
If you choose to rent your own car there are few parking options:
1. Public paid parking on the ocean side of the building (currently $1/hour)
2. Valet parking is $28/day with in and out privileges
3. Self-parking at Ilikai Marina Building next door is $20/day with in and out privileges

Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all Ilikai condos and balconies. Smoking inside of the unit or balcony will result in a loss of security deposit.

AC
We kindly ask to turn off AC when you are not at home. Please close balcony doors when you are using AC.

Internet
The Internet username and password are written on the modem (black box with a white sticker in front of it). If you have any issues connecting please make sure you entered correct username and password. If you still are having problems connecting please reboot the modem by unplugging from the outlet for 2 minutes first and then plugging it back.

Trash Disposal and Washer and Dryer
Trash chute and coin operated washer and dryer are located on the same floor next to elevators.

Lovely condo at Ilikai
My husband and I had a wonderful time in Waikiki. This condo has a gorgeous view. We loved sitting on the balcony every morning. The coffee shop in the lobby has delicious coffee. The bed is comfortable with cozy linens. Great location, efficient valet parking. Highly recommend!

Great location with a fantastic view
I came here for work and I’m tired of the hotel lifestyle. This was more like a home away from home with a real kitchen and refrigerator. Shops all around and the restaurant in the building is pretty amazing. I plan on coming back.

Terrific harbor view
A great place to stay for exploring Honolulu and Waikiki. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Comfortable, clean and the view from the lanai was wonderful.

Beautiful Room
This was a perfect room for our trip. One of the better rooms at the Ilikai. At the end of the hallway so it was very quiet. Clean and had everything we needed. Nice table to sit out on the lanai with 4 chairs. Perfect view of the sunset. Great communication. Definitely would stay here again!

Very nice unit
Lovely unit. The pictures are very accurate. It's nice and quiet on the side the unit is on and you get beautiful sunsets. Everything was super clean. If you're a coffee drinker, bring coffee. It's very expensive to buy the coffee in the market downstairs. I'm sure you can get it cheaper in the ABC Store or the market close by. Everything is very convenient. I would certainly stay there again,

Great getaway
This spacious and clean condo was in a prime location for a family beach trip. We appreciated the stocked items ready for us to use including beach items to borrow. Our only issue was inconsistent elevator service and electricity which caused slight inconvenience. But overall we were in Hawaii and happy.

Great view!
The view and lanai were wonderful and the bed was very comfortable. The downside was that the photos didn't really capture the current condition of the condo and the need for an update/refresh. Location is great but needs some TLC.

Our stay in Waikiki
Condo was in good location, clean and tidy. Excellent view over harbour with a shaded balcony. Very comfortable bed and thankfully for us Brits, a kettle! As we did, many visitors arrive in the evening, tired after a long flight. A welcome starter pack would be nice so we can leave shopping till morning. An area guide telling us where to shop too. The hotel shop is treble the price of ABC!

Beautiful Condo!!
Absolutely beautiful condo! Clean and well stocked with necessities. We loved the ice cream shop downstairs and how close the condo is to everything! The air conditioning worked great which was a must for me! Our family staying in other condos in the Ilikai commented on how much nicer this unit was and were jealous!

The unit was recently renovated, has one of the best locations in the building and comes well equipped. Our opinion is based on having stayed in 4 different units at the Ilikai and visiting in several other ones.

Nice location with some refurbishing needs
We had a one week stay in Februar. The location is nice with shops and beach close by. The flat is equipped with all the things you need for a relaxing day at the beach. The furniture, esp. kitchen and balcony doors, are quite old and need cleaning and maintenance. Same for the Ilikai building where half of the elevators didn’t work. Cheapest option for car parking is the public paid parking at the nearby marina for 1 $/h. All other options are significantly higher. In a nutshell, nice but needs refurbishing.

Super easy booking, communication and check in. Unit was exactly as pictured, clean, bed was comfy, trundle was also comfy, all the necessities you would need. We don’t cook much but had a coffee maker and a air fryer along with a micro. Bathroom was a little small but plenty of storage. Only thing I would suggest in splurging on some better towels but over all a great experience If granddaughter ends up going to UH we will be here a lot and will for sure come back to this same unit Great location

We enjoyed our stay. We would note that we were not able to see the fireworks from the balcony at least when we were there you had to go downstairs to see them to the left. However, you can enjoy every sunset from the balcony and eat your food. Parking is pretty pricey, so consider that when making your buying decision. Across the street is a lot for $28 a day. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would book again.

The good: Our host was very helpful and responsible. Readily available to answer questions. The location - outstanding! Beautiful view of Marina , ocean and Diamondhead. Unit very well supplied. Trolley system stop in front of hotel, a plus! The bad: While the unit was cleaned well, it needed a coat of fresh paint. Walls were stained, paint in bathroom shower peeling off the ceiling. Tracks in sliding glass doors - dirty. Grout between tiles needed a deep cleaning. General updating needed, eg. kitchen sink disposal would be helpful. I would definitely rent it again!

Cozy, scenic, and clean get away.
We just enjoyed a wonderful week at this condo. The view was amazing, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We loved the pool, entertainment from the Lanai, and the 5 star sunsets. Working with property manager was great. Including a special delivery of new towels on our second day. We loved the trolley pick-up at the Ilikai and Sam's Shrimp in the food area in Waikiki. For snorkeling with the turtles recommend "Life Oceans." We took the bus to the other side of the Island and enjoyed the Polynesian Culture Center and Buffet. Another highlight was "Electric Beach" and ended at Kona Brewery for a yummy 'Happy Hour.' Tips for saving money on food. Hit the Costco on your way to the condo. The Walmart is also close but not very good for fresh produce or meat selection. We chose to eat in the condo more this trip. To save $$$ and enjoy the views. Looking for another visit and staying at this condo in 2024.

Room with a View
My family of four ( all adults) stayed in this condo. The Good: The view was amazing. The unit was clean, updated and the a/c worked great cooling off the condo. The master bed was extremely comfortable. Daniora was attentive to our needs. I would definitely recommend this unit to a family of 3. The not so Good: This unit isn't truly a one bedroom but an efficiency with a master bed and futon style sleeper. The handle on toilet wasn't working but within 24 hours Danoira had it repaired. As my son put it, " The only downside of the condo was the size for 4 of us to sleep". Recommendations of things to do while in Oahu: Hanauma Bay snorkel, Diamond Head, Makapuu lighthouse hike, Manoa falls hike, Pearl harbor. Northshore ( turtle beach) and Windward (Kailua beach).

We had a great stay! Thank you! The view is beautiful! Even more so than in the photos! Check in was super easy, as we just went right up to the unit and punched in the code. We had 2 kids with us, and they slept fine on the sofa bed. There were lots of extra pillows also, which scores big points in my book :) The AC was nice and cool and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was nice because there’s beautiful beaches nearby, as well as places to run along the marina. The lobby has an ice cream shop, surfboard rental, stores, and a little convenience store that sells eggs, milk, medicine, etc. This was very useful. There is laundry on the floor, it costs $2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry, but super useful. The property manager/ owner was really responsive. I was waiting to make sure I got my deposit back, as I’m not used to having to pay a deposit. we left the unit perfect, and I‘m always afraid an owner will find some excuse to keep a deposit, so I’ll Make sure to update the post if that happens. For now, my experience was great!

Great location, great views, comfortable condo
This condo is exactly as pictured, the futon has a soft cover and is fine for 2 people. We are a family of 4 with 2 older children, so they slept in the king bed and we (parents) slept comfortably on the futon. There was plenty of bedding/pillows. I believe this is advertised as a '1 bedroom'...it is not. It is a 1 room efficiency. Not huge, but adequate for the 4 of us. The lanai provides a great view of the marina, sunset, ocean, and surrounding hotels. We enjoyed watching below where we saw a wedding (in the next hotel pool area), and each evening heard the conch shell man indicate the lighting of the torches. Closing the sliding doors made the condo itself really quiet; no street or other noise. The AC works great! and we really appreciated having it. Also, there are nice/pleasant wooden slat doors which cover the entire window (the sunset is strong) and help cool off the condo. It was a short walk to the beach, to the mall nearby (nice mall), and easy access to all the restaurants. The hotel next to us is pretty crowded in comparison so we enjoyed the more quiet and historic Ilikai. This is also a hotel so there are hotel guests along with condo renters. Sometimes getting into the elevator was tricky, just need to be assertive. In the building are 2 restaurants, we enjoyed Cinnamon's (restaurant) and their live music. TV and internet worked fine. Also, working with Dianora was great: fast response time, all the right information we needed, no problems. We parked in the marina parking garage which allowed for shade on the car and enabled us to come and go as we pleased: $20 per day. We bought groceries at Don Quixote (sort of like a Walmart). There are quick-mart stores all over the place for milk, beer, etc. Goofy's is nearby and a great place for breakfast. This is an older building and this condo itself is not 'modernized' but frankly I could care less if there are granite countertops. It was comfortable and a nice place to get away from the heat and sometimes large Waikiki crowds. You are on the 13th floor: high enough for nice views. I wouldn't rent here for the pool; small and full of small screaming kids. I would rent here again, it was comfortable, reasonably priced, and a nice place to stay in Honolulu.

Wonderful location

Incredible view
The balcony and view were amazing. I enjoyed having breakfast with a view. The kitchen was well supplied, the bed was comfortable. Washer/dryer on the floor was great for a longer stay. The pool was great and the hotel lobby was beautiful too. Easy to access the room via code. A little far away from main beach but it was less busy. Will stay again if we come back to Oahu.
