We separated a living room space and bedroom with a solid wall and two pocket doors to ensure a complete privacy for families traveling with kids. There is a 32-inch flat screen TV in a bedroom and 50-inch flat screen TV in a living room so there is no need to fight for your favorite tv show Enjoy beautiful city, palm trees and mountain views from a spacious 120 square feet lanai with a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. This is a cooler side of the building and offers magnificent views at night.
Fully equipped kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need to prepare simple to gourmet meals. It features beautiful quartz counter tops and mosaic back splash. Large open kitchen bar and open concept design that allows our guests to enjoy time together while preparing a meal or just sharing a Mai Tai.
Luxury stylish 100% water resistant vinyl flooring is installed throughout the condo. This condo is tastefully furnished and decorated with all brand-new furniture, mattress, window AC unit, ceiling fan in the bedroom, rugs, pictures…. you name it. It sleeps 5 people: eastern king bed in the bedroom, queen-size sleeper sofa and modern lounge chair that easily converts into a comfortable single bed.
Honolulu is synonymous with the worldwide fame of Waikiki Beach. Known for its white sand beaches, clear water and ideal surfing conditions, Waikiki Beach is a popular destination for locals and holidaymakers alike. The beach is accessed publically in many locations and is comprised of eight sections. Surfing, swimming, sand combing or relaxing in the sun – Waikiki Beach has it all!
Valet parking is $ 28/day. Self parking is available in the building next door for $ 23/day

Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all Ilikai condos and balconies. Smoking inside of the unit or balcony will result in a loss of security deposit.
AC
We kindly ask to turn off AC when you are not at home. Please close balcony doors when you are using AC.
Internet
The Internet username and password are written on the modem (black box with a white sticker in front of it). If you have any issues connecting please make sure you entered correct username and password. If you still are having problems connecting please reboot the modem by unplugging from the outlet for 2 minutes first and then plugging it back.
Trash Disposal and Washer and Dryer
Trash chute and coin operated washer and dryer are located on the same floor next to elevators.

Check out is at 10:00am unless is requested and approved day prior your departure by Dainora and Remy.
