"We really liked this property and as the weather was very hot the outside balcony as a welcome bonus. Also, we had a choice of using the lifts or stairs. The property is central to everywhere in Guardamar. The beach was within easy walking-distance, as were all the Restaurants, Shops, etc. The whole apartment was lovely and the 3 bedrooms were a very good size, with plenty of wardrobe space. "We were a party of 10 with 2 families. The property is spacious and very well equipped. There was plenty room for all of us. The location is great for exploring, and really peaceful. We were slightly worried by reviews about the air con but found the whole house stayed cool with just one air con in the back kitchen and the shutters closed during the day and we just used bedroom air con in evenings for sleeping.
