"This house is a lot of fun. Lots of space, right on the water, perfect for a large group of people. There are lots of kayaks and stand-up paddle boards to use. Grill, and pool table. There is a large yard, we were able to play some yard games, and a fire pit. Lots of stores near by for food and drinks. The house was nice and clean. There are plenty of towels. All you need for the kitchen as far as cooking supplies (pots, pans, utensils, etc). If you are not familiar with the area, please do your research, we went to the state part with floats, and they are not allowed. There are lots of rules on the Rainbow River. We brought the kyacks and paddle boards to the beginning of the river and took it all the way to the house, it took 3 hours going with the current. It was an amazing experience and lots of wildlife. I highly recommend this house. We had an amazing time. "

"Large spacious rooms, set up more as long term stay. Full size fridge 2 element electric stove top, microwave plenty of drawer and closet space. Only downside was I was only staying 1 night and they don't have an Ice machine cause they expect you to make it in the freezer in the trays provided. Front desk staff helped out by giving me a bit from their freezer. "
