This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath vacation rental is a part of the Tradewinds Homosassa Marina Resort, giving you direct access to the river for boating, rafting, and scalloping, as well as a private boat ramp for all your adventures. Be sure to go on a snorkel tour to swim with manatees, walk your furry friend in Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park, or stay in and relax on the patio with a cold drink!

There are also plenty of complimentary river rafts available for our guests to enjoy

Awesome!
The place was beautiful. Such easy access to the water, boat slips are a little tight but had no problems with a 24 ft boat. There were bigger boats that did ok as well. The house was perfect, the owners were awesome to deal with. Overall was a great stay.

Kayaking trip
The house was very clean and in a great location, it was very comfortable and practically new. It is located very close to all the restaurants and shopping. We were there on a kayaking trip and location was near all of the rivers and springs. I would highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful condo in convenient location
The 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo was close to all local amenities and provided areas to walk including down to the river. The condo was light filled, comfortable and private. The owners were responsive and helped us navigate the lock box on the door and answered all questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for boaters and nature lovers
This beautiful condo was well-equipped, well-decorated and immaculate. What makes it stand apart from the others is the private boat ramp and slip. If you don't have a boat, there is a long dock that will put you on the river, so everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of the Homosassa River. I can't wait to return.

Absolutely fantastic! We had our family down from Michigan, and all agreed that the condo was really "cool"!! The Foosball table got a real workout. Our hosts John and Jessica were great. All of of our questions were answered promptly and completely! Would we stay there again... ABSOLUTELY

Amazing place to be with the family!
I have to say that we had a blast. The house was just perfect for us. The kids loved it. Lots of places to go out and have fun with the family. Really nice restaurants to go by water. We actually brought two boats. And we were able to enjoy lots of places going up and down the river. I wish I would’ve stayed longer one weekend was not long enough for me. I definitely needed a few more days. We will be back. For sure.

Clean and comfy
House is in great condition. Found it to be clean, comfortable, and just as described. We took our boat for a quick fishing trip. Ramp is easy and convenient. Boat slip is visible from the unit. Fresh water for an easy wash down at the end of the day. Lots of construction still going on in the development, but did not find it a nuisance.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The townhouse is comfortable and perfect for 5 or 6 people. The location is nice with a dock for the property. No water or electric on this dock. You must be a very good captain to maneuver in this very narrow canal with boats sticking out. It was difficult to get into this slip. Our boat is 24’. The TV in the family room had a bad tube and could not be watched. The bath towels were very old and VERY small. Definitely need to be replaced. They had some games for visitors and we definitely enjoyed them. Homosassa is a great town and has some really great restaurants to visit.

House was very comfortable and clean. A few things we were disappointed in. 1. Washer and dryer were in garage which smells like cigarette smoke as they have it set up with couches add ashtrays. 2. We like to sleep with our home cold at night and we were not able to adjust temperature to our liking.

House 10/10 complex currently a 6/10
The house is immaculate. Has everything you could need for your stay. The housing complex though is a mess. There is so much construction going on (not the owners fault) but it was never mentioned when booking. Due to the construction, roads in the complex (already tiny when towing a boat) are constantly blocked. Beware that mandatory trailer parking is not paved and you may have to wade through standing water to get in and out. If you can even park there due to construction workers placing a dump trailer and huge pile of gravel in there. The boat ramp is supposed to accommodate up to a 26’ boat I believe. We saw more than one person have a tough time with the small and old ramp. Everyone is very helpful though. Other than the site being a construction zone, we would stay again once it is all completed. Again, the house is fantastic.

Fantastic Rental
This home is beautiful and very well stocked. The location is also great. The boat slip is close to the house. The house was very clean. The owner was great with prompt responses to any questions. This is probably the best rental experience we have had in this area for the 15 years we have been visiting. I highly recommend this rental.
