Walk in the front door to a nicely appointed and decorated large living room, dining room and a huge kitchen. Large screen TV with DVD player. Sliding glass doors open to a large screened in patio.

Laundry room with sink, folding area, washer and dryer with large closets. No need worrying about clothes lasting the whole stay.

Master bedroom - king size bed, walk in closet, with an en-suite featuring a large walk in shower. 55 inch TV with cable. Door leading from the bedroom to the screened in patio.

Bedroom #2 - Queen size bed with large closet. 42 inch TV

Bedroom #3 - Full size bed and twin bed. Chest of drawers with 42" TV. Also a comfortable chair.

Lovely!
Stayed for 2 nights in December. Hosts Joy and Mary Lynn were wonderful and got us checked in and thoroughly went thru the house with us explaining where everything was. House is immaculate and impeccable. Kitchen is very well stocked. Very comfortable home and they even had a Christmas tree up. Beds are very comfortable. We won’t hesitate to book again.

Awesome place!
The house was beautiful and very well equipped. The owner met us and showed us around the house explaining how things worked and how to reach her if we needed anything. The house had everything that you might need and then some!

This house was perfect for our 5 adults. 3 bedrooms and a lot of common space. It was well stocked with incidentals you would need. Place was clean in a good location and easy to find. We would stay here again.

Great Weekend Get away
This is a gorgeous, immaculately kept home. The pride Joy and Mary have in their home comes through. Everything you could need is here and it’s convenient to Homosassa, Crystal River and all the area has to officer. Mary and Joy are a pleasure to work with. We had to work around 2 hurricanes and a mistake in booking by one of our party. They helped us through and we were able to have a wonderful trip. Currently looking at dates for the next trip.

Great Spot in Homosassa!
We had only a couple of nights in this home but they were great. Very accommodating owner allowing us to arrive early and park our camper while waiting for our campsite to be ready. Very close to local restaurants, bars, and the waterfront. Very clean home and the hospitality was A+. Would def stay again!

Year two just as good
This was the second year that we rented the same house for scallop diving. The house is clean, well stocked and even had some new furniture. The location is perfect for scallop diving. The owner is very nice and available.
