Wonderful stay on the River
This property is very quaint and lovely. The owner has thought of all of the amenities and details that may a stay very enjoyable. It’s quiet and the view is beautiful and the dock is perfect for a boat. We will be back. Highly recommend

Quick get away
My family and I stayed at Jeff's place for a quick weekend away. It was perfect. We took the kayaks and paddle boards to the springs and had a great day on the water. The house was clean. The view is beautiful. Jeff was in communication from the moment I made the reservation.

Booked last minute fishing trip. Just another awesome trip to the west coast of FL. Jeff the host is very attentive. House was just as described. Even had visit from momma and baby manatee and a peacock. Would rent again!!

A lovely time by the river
My husband and I spent a month long Florida get-away here. The house was great for us - very clean and well furnished. There were lots of things to do in the area, fun day trips to take, and good restaurants. But one of our favorite things was to sit on the porch and watch the boats and wildlife on the river. Jeff was very responsive to any questions. I would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Homosassa or the surrounding area.

Perfect location
We had a wonderful time staying at Twin Rivers. The house was comfortable, spacious for our family of 4 and very clean. We enjoyed paddling to springs with the kayaks and paddle boards provided, we saw manatees and an otter. The kids loved jumping off the end of the pier into the river. We even caught a few fish! It was nice to have dinner on the grill & enjoy a cold beverage while the kids swam. I can’t say anything negative about our trip except it went by too quickly! We can’t wait to return next summer.

The perfect setup
Without a doubt the perfect location for anyone who loves being on the water. Direct access to the spring and the gulf, a fully usable dock for your boat, a full kitchen with an outside grill and all your cooking needs, and plenty of comfortable sleeping arrangements. We could not have asked for a better stay in homosassa. Host was very responsive to calls and texts as well. Would give 10 stars given the opportunity.

Cute Spot, Great location!
This house had everything you would need and more. My family stayed here for the weekend we brought our boat and kept it at the dock. My kids enjoyed the paddle boards and the house was very cute and clean. The beds were comfy and the house was stocked with items you don’t always see at other rentals which was very helpful. We will most definitely be back to stay again.

A great stay at a great place
We had several houses during our round-trip in Florida and this one was by far the nicest, cleanest and best fitted one we visited. Everything we needed was available and in place. We enjoyed the fantastic view from the property in a very nice and calm neighborhood. We where out with kayaks to meet the manatees just half an hour away. They even visited us at our doc. The owner is extremely supportive and helped us with advice an quickly responded on all questions (and we had many ;) We can recommend the house without any restriction. Really great! Thanks Jeff for all :)
