This property sits on the shore of Beluga Lake in downtown Homer. Four separate suites with their own private entry open up to your private luxury one bedroom apartment. Each is complete with a full bathroom and an appliance filled kitchen and large living space. Comfortable sofa, eating area, and a large balcony overlooking the lake, 65"smart TV, washer/dryer in unit and plenty of time to relax and rest up for your next big Alaskan adventure!
Each of the four units has it's own private entrance. You have your own completely private living area. The only common area is the wide front porch.
Our host is on property and available to help with almost anything that you might need. Our office hours are 6 am to 8 pm every day. Should you need to contact us, we can be reached through AirBNB. We look forward to meeting you!

The neighborhood surrounding Lakeshore Lodging boasts a local Brewery, and a lovely local restaurant. Within walking distance of shops, farmers market, beaches, and the base of the Homer Spit!
On-site parking for guests. Centrally located in town, easy drive to shopping, beaches or Spit.
We have four suites available to book. Each suite is almost identical to the other three. All have the same number of rooms, beds, baths, amenities and balconies.
Suites B and C have a stair case that lead to the living areas. If this is of concern with luggage transport we have staff available for any assistance you may need at no charge to you. Please feel free to mention at booking or at check-in.

General Rules
1. Check-In & Check-Out times:
Check-in: 4 pm
Check-out: 11am
Early check-ins and late check-outs must be pre-approved and depending upon seasonality, may incur additional fees.
2. Occupancy:
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Please notify us in advance if you need to make changes to your booking.
3. Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 11pm to 6 am. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these times.
4. No Parties or Events:
Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing prior to arrival.
5. No Smoking:
Smoking, vaping, or the use of illegal substances is not allowed anywhere on the property, including outdoor spaces. Failure to follow these rules will result in a minimum fine of $500 and will be grounds for being asked to vacate immediately.
6. Pets:
No Pets allowed in the units at any time.
7. Cleanliness:
Please leave the property in the same general condition as you found it.
Dispose of trash in designated bins.
8. Damage:
Any damage to the property or its contents must be reported immediately. Guests may be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements.
09. Prohibited Items:
Firearms, fireworks, and flammable materials including outdoor grills are not allowed on the property.
10. Patio Use:
Please clean up after using outdoor spaces.
Return any outdoor furniture to its original position.
11. Emergency Contacts:
For any emergencies, call 911. Please notify us immediately of any safety concerns.

12. Cameras
We do have security cameras located on the outside of the property. These cameras function for security purposes only.
Fees & Penalties
13. Additional Charges:
Unreported damages may result in additional charges.
Additional cleaning fees up to $500 apply if excessive mess is left.
Unauthorized late check-outs may result in an extra charge.
Non-compliance with these rules may result in eviction without a refund.
